No returns label in the parcel…
It was my fault I put the wrong size on the adult pyjamas. However, there was no sales receipt and return paper in the parcel. This made returning the pyjamas difficult. I did find (eventually!) an email guiding me to download a return of label. Unfortunately, I tried 3 times and it failed to print. I got the option of the postman collecting the parcel and a letter from Royal Mail said the postie would bring a label. Fantastic. The postman collected on time. Brilliant. But your website advice doesn't allow for no sales receipt and returns label in the original parcel. Looking forward to seeing the money back in my bank account. This is the first time I've had a problem with POP. All the other items I've bought have been lovely and really appreciated by my grandsons. Vivian Llewellyn

Was disappointed with change in sizing
Was disappointed that the nightdresses I bought were not identical in size to the ones I am replacing. The length of the new nightdress is longer and the sleeves are also longer. The previous ones fitted me very well as I am not tall. The new ones less so.

Happy POP Customer
POP is that guaranteed one place clothes shop where you can get quality garments that last with regular wear and washing. I am so glad I stumbled across them all these years ago, but I am also gutted that they only go up to 10yrs old as my son turns 10 soon. They provide a fast efficient service on deliveries and returns. They also do a 2nd hand returns in receipt of PoP vouchers. What is there not to love!?

The quality and finish of these garments is so good. From socks and leggings to a beanie and sleep suit, all of them are accurately sized for each relevant age group ( 2-3years & 3-4years).

Lovely print on warm pyjamas
The delivery was ever so quick and the cotton pyjamas are just such lovely quality. I bought 2 pairs in the sale and the Christmas prints are just fabulous. I don’t wear them in the summer but currently and also next winter they will be warm and snuggly.
