Nice products, customer service needs to match
Easy to shop. The emails from new drop are not effective. No advance notice given before the rest of the world gets the same notice. 2 - 3 days is improved or 1 week ideal to allow people to receive it and have it before the masses. This increases loyalty. Customer service is not so good. A few emails back and forth to get 1 result accomplished. Not ideal when you spend a lot of money on this brand.

I made a mistake on my order and didn't select the right size case for my phone. Customer service was extremely efficient and sent me the link to exchange it. My promotional pricing rolled over to the new order, and it shipped the same day! It was super easy, and I love the products. I will continue to buy all the cool things Polar Pro makes.

Worst camera company on the market, the customer service is a disgrace, cheap tacky products at an inflated price to make them seem premium when they aren’t.

Extremely poor customer service. There Mavic 3 pro cine Polarised filters are faulty- Huge orange flare when using and they have not acknowledge the issue and will not respond to email. We are only asking for a refund on faulty goods and they not not respond. very disappointed with them as a company. Who have produced great products and failed on this set of filters and mainly on there very poor customer service. The quote on their website "PolarPro promises that its products are free from manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product". This is a false statement and they do not respond to warranty claims.
Not a trustworthy company.
With everyone ranting and raving about their products in the photo / video world I ordered a few products to test out myself, one product arrived with a broken cap and the other product was just faulty, I reached out to the customer service to see what my options were and they said all they can offer is a 50% discount on the damaged product, so i'd have to buy them again for half price but considering the polar pro shipping cost is about $40 because i'm based in the UK the discount becomes useless and i'm effectively still having to pay full price for something that was out of my control! They also block any negative reviews on their website so that doesn't make them seem like a trustworthy company!

The defecting CP filter was sent to me by Polar Pro 2 months ago, and I wasn't aware of it until last week. I have emailed them five times, but I have not heard back. Currently, they do not offer phone support. They have terrible customer service, and I won't purchase anything from them. I would like to return everything I currently have if possible.

I use PolarPro matteboxes/filters at work. I figured I'd try out their new LightChaser Pro 15 for the iPhone 15. Tried to contact them via IG and here's the story: So, I sent one DM, then a few hours later commented a similar question on an older, but relevant, IG post that talked about LightChaser. No response, so then the next day I posted the question/comment on their most recent post. They hadn't responded to me and I needed an answer regarding the weight of the product (needed it because of the Cyber Monday deal). They'd respond to other recent comments but not my straightforward question. Whoever is running their social media literally flagged my question as spam (I had typed it out thoughtfully and respectfully, no "????", etc.), deleted it, and they had Instagram/Meta literally flag my account for a day for spamming. Are you kidding me? Disgusting, PolarPro. Horrible customer service. I couldn't imagine what it must be like to make a warranty claim with them. I purchase hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of A/V equipment for my job and will definitely steer clear of PolarPro (and encourage our employees likewise). Really didn't expect that.
Doing a fraud on Amazon
Doing a fraud on Amazon. I recently ordered filters for mini 3 pro and got to know that the price in local store as well as their website is 300-400 dkk cheaper as what they are selling on their official store on Amazon. Would not recommend them. Go for freewell.
