TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE
TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE
There is no customer service at all. I emailed their customer service 5 minutes right after I place the order as I want to purchase a more expensive option.
They neglect my email and still send out the order. Their customer service is NOT replying any emails.
I've always used Hoya BUT NOW?
I've always used Hoya and always found them very stiff on and off the lense, great results but annoying to fit/remove.
For the same price bracket that I can afford $100-$150 my 1st Polar leaves every Hoya I've had in the shade.
Awesome, Beautiful to look at smooth on & off, perfect fit and finish. Results as good as my hoyas.
Now the problem! Do I blow my budget and replace all my Hoyas?
Very BAD experience
Ok , if you want to buy 1 phone cover with 2 basic Lense with a 30EURO shipping charges and 80Euro local custom fees for a total of 400euros.
All the best.
Very dissapointed! I wont recommend polar pro for anyone living in EUROPE.
Polar Pro Basecamp is NOT pro.
Purchased their basecamp mattebox and I'm horribly disappointed they call this a pro product but it casts a vignette on 24mm cine lenses. I'm so disappointed.
