They didn’t have the pattern I ordered on line, however Bex contacted me the next working day and offered an alternative, Bex offered to order what I wanted and kept me updated. No complaints

Overall good service
When I placed my order, I was under the impression that they had my requested size in stock as there was no indication to the contrary. After placing my order, I was quickly contacted by the company to say the size I had requested was not in stock. They offered a half size up or down. This process was easy and painless, but it would have been nice to know before placing my order that my requested size was not available.

Rang them, they said it was my responsibility to get the wrong product back to them and they didn't have the product I ordered. So I can't get a refund for the boots that I ordered when they have delivered the wrong ones.

This is a first class garment made in England. I have the SJ9 model and have tested it out in near freezing conditions. I was snug and warm.
