I gave my partner a gift subscription for quarterly cheese deliveries last year, a wise present that we both look forward to and enjoy! One small issue that we had was dealt with speedily and courteously. I've just ordered a gift box which if it goes down well I will convert to a subscription!
Great cheeses and great service.

The cheese might be great, but unless Pong take notice of their customers discontent with the delivery by DX Express the cheese may as well be plasticine.
I have now had two faied deliveries by DX. they say I wasnt in, when I have waited all day, then trying to redeliver is a pain, as they have no way to conact them and hide behind the internet to stop anyone complaining or speaking to a person.
Pong! Change your delivery company, they are letting you and your customers down, by ignoring your customers you are showing that you dont care.

Have been a fan of Pong cheese for years. Always delicious and delivered on time. This last week I had a minor issue - can now report that their customer service is every bit as good as their cheese. Thanks Pong!

I purchase cheese every Father’s Day for my dad as a gift. He loves the cheeses. This year there was a delivery issue. When I brought the issue to their attention I got immediate feedback and resolution. Very impressed. Will keep on ordering.

Ordered a few times for my cheese loving husband. The cheese selection is great with really helpful descriptions and the orders are quickly devoured. Also, the Customer Service is outstanding. Quick to respond and helped me out when I made a delivery date error - they have literally saved Father’s Day for me! Highly recommend. And thank you again Pong Cheese!! 😊

Love pong cheese, always get some at Christmas. Had a change of plan this week and ordered cheeses for a cheeseboard, they went above and beyond during a busy fathers day week. Brilliant customer service

The cheeses I received via a subscription were excellent-ones that I wouldn't have discovered otherwise. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I needed to get in touch.

Poor service. Ordered a birthday gift a week in advance - and the item arrived late. Was told it would be delivered on time but it didn't and trying to get a response from someone at the company is so poor. I would not order again - nice cheese but shame about delivery and customer service.

We are regular customers and have until now never had any issues- fabulous cheese, efficient delivery service and good value. However, one of our cheeses arrived with an imminent recommended use by date, so I contacted customer services. No quibbles, just a very pleasant conversation, with apologies and replacement, which arrived within two days. Excellent customer service

Very efficient service and easy system to order online. I would definitely recommend Pong and use again.

I have just read reply to my review of 6//4/21
Firtstly, I did not ask for next day delivery. I received notification of delivery, recipient stayed in and no delivery was not made.
Secondly, if you read my comments they were also about response from customer services - basically I was not told the truth.
This was my second - and last - order from pong.
Problems with delivery first time too.
Reimbursement does not compensate for disappointment.

We have been receiving a regular cheese club monthly order of vegetarian cheeses for some time from Pong Cheese. Always an interesting and delicious selection, delivered to the door and excellent personal customer service.

There was no way of specifying a safe place for delivery via link from the courier so emailed them to delay. They acknowledged but still delivered 3 hours later and my cheese was left outside in the sun all day. Pong were not interested. Seems it's the customer service that stinks, not the cheese.

My 92 year old Nanna sent the french and Italian selection to us for Easter. Firstly she was so grateful how helpful you were with her when she placed the order. I was then amazed by the delivery service, I was in the garden and instead of just leaving it the driver made the effort to come and bang on the garden gate! Then the cheese, was amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you!

Same price than London's cheesemongers but supermarkets' quality.
An insult to all the producers who are doing good work in England to show the world that the English can.
