I have to say that after trying several different foods for my active Carmel, I have finally found the food that suits her well. Thank you very much Sophie for your help. Carmel is very happy with her food and she is looking very healthy. Every time there is feast time you can see her drooling! I have never noticed it with other food she was given. Thanks again for all your help!

Seem to be good honest people to deal with

I purchased, a while back some dry food for my fussy dog, Boo, after speaking to the wonderful Sarah, and, then her suggesting the Tripe one, (Boo has hip dysplacia and all the oils in it could only help) I bought some, well, he loves it, first time ever he eats it all, so, this is the second lot I have ordered and the service is fantastic, really quick and if you need advice, Sarah is there, can't recommend this highly enough, five stars doesn't do it or them justice, should be at least ten.

Pooch and co is a real hidden gem. Great quality food and treats that are healthy for your four-legged friends and in my opinion very fairly priced. Delivery is always quick and hassle-free and my dogs have never looked better. I wish I could buy my food from them too!

As usual everything went smoothly from time of ordering to delivery.

We'd almost run out of Poppy's favourite Pooch & Co food (she just can't get enough of the stuff) so I placed my order on their website. We stocked up on the small breed food which is perfect for Poppy's small bite and also lots of new treats for her to try. The next day they had arrived! She was one happy Chihuahua, especially when she got her small algae sticks which are her favourite treat. What a brilliant service!

We order regularly from Pooch and Company and have always had excellent, prompt service. The dog food/treats are very good quality and our dog loves them.

Easy to order, good website layout with excellent information on the products. Delivery was excellent and on time .

When I called to ask advice on which food I should go for , The lady I spoke to was so helpful,she didn't try to sell me the more expensive products,she was more interested in what the dog preferred & asked me questions to find that out. She gave me some samples to try so I didn't waste money on a flavour my dogs didn't like & delivery is always really speedy & convenient as I don't have to be in when it arrives. really excellent food for the price too :))))))

Pooch and Company products are of extremely high quality, both my dogs love their food. The company are professional with excellent customer service at the heart of their business. The website is well designed and easy to navigate and order from. I have previously ordered at 10pm and had my order delivered by the time I got home from work the following day! I find ordering and having my dogs food delivered (free over £50) so convenient. The company are continually improving their products and packaging and I'm very happy to find a British company providing such excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Pooch and Company to any dog owner who values good quality products and excellent customer service.

My wife and I have spent hundreds of pounds on buying different dog foods from cheaper brands to expensive brands. Our Lhasa Apso was not interested in any of them. After doing some research on the internet and after recommendations from the instructors at our dog training class, we contacted P&C for a sample. The very next day the sample arrived. Unfortunately Jess turned her nose up at this too. I discussed this with P&C who suggested the sample was maybe too large a biscuit for her and suggested the Small Bite. Next day another sample arrived. Jess can not get enough of them. She's only a small dog but we've just ordered a 12kg bag. By the way, really cool bag with a built in zipper system. 10 out of 10 for customer service and product!

This is a great product. Aswell as excellent customer service, the design of the product and even the bag is impressive. Very calming and nutritious food, the first time I received the food I had my scissors ready to open the paper bag. Oh no, they've thought of everything - I didn't need them - a clever zip is included which also means I don't have to hide the food on the top shelf anymore to stop my dogs sticking their heads in and helping themselves. The brand for me is completely brilliant. And as if that wasn't enough, excellent value for our £s.

I had trouble finding a food that both my fussy dogs would eat and still enjoy eating, I have found the perfect food for both my dogs that love it! They're great value for money, extremely professional and always get a super fast delivery, such a great quality dry complete food that I won't go elsewhere now :)

Wow....i was recommeded Pooch & Company by my dog walker. From the moment I asked for a few samples to be sent this company has impressed me....they are both professional and very friendly and give quick advice when requested. They delieveries are fast and are well packed. I wish all online companies were like this!
I can not praise them enough. Keep up the good work......

Bought 15kg bag going on write ups etc on site and as one of my dog has allergies. Only good thing about it is the zip up bag. I introduced slowly to get them both used to it, but after a week of trying, one nibbles when desperate (and she's the one who eats anything) and the other would rather starve.
Anyone want a newly opened bag of dog food???
Giving 3 stars for speed of delivery and service. If dogs would eat it would have been 5.

Recommended Pooch and Company by my puppy's breader so contacted them by phone. They couldn't have been more helpfull and dispatched my order on time as promised. My dog really likes the dry mix we feed him from Pooch and Company and I will be dealing with them in the future for his bulk feed needs.

Easy to use web site & the lovely team are happy to send out a sample to you so you can check your dog is going get on with the food! They also look at your dogs profile and try and match the food to them! Excellent service & would recommend them to all my friends!
