Getting all the help you need when buying exchanging cars
My Audi adviser was Cameron Parr at Poole Audi Wareham Road.
I went into great detail when negotiating my new Q2 comparing it with my old Q2 schedule and all the details and changes were broken down and explained fully to me. Not being technical minded that took some doing.
Cameron was very patient and polite so I didn’t feel under any pressure on timing or purchasing and with a good exchange rate on my old car I signed contracts.

First Class Service
From first making contact with Poole Audi to travelling down from Glasgow and being picked up at the station, I cannot praise the dealerships professionalism and customer service highly enough.
Tim Alford the sales executive who looked after me was first class. He did what he said he would do and was in contact with me throughout my purchase until collection and then again afterwards making sure everything was OK.
The professional way in which my new pride and joy was presented was first class and I couldn’t have asked for more.
I certainly wouldn’t hesitate in purchasing another car from Poole Audi as the service was second to none.
PS. The bottle of wine was also excellent!

An amazing team and fabulous customer service
We were greeted by a lovely friendly lady on our arrival and offered coffee - very good coffee!
The sales person who sourced my new car for me was just amazingly helpful and made me feel extremely special when I picked up my new car. The whole team at Poole Audi are professional, knowledgeable and so friendly. Even though I have two Audi dealerships on my doorstep, I will travel the longer distance to Poole to source my next Audi.

My Audi service experience
I recently took my beloved Audi A4 for her annual service at Poole Audi. Despite extensive roadworks in the area, delaying me and other Customers, the staff were coping well with the queue of vehicles forming in the Service Reception area. I was provided with a new A5 courtesy car which clocked up it's first 1000 miles as I left Poole, and enjoyed a welcome latte while waiting for the A5's keys. I had already provided additional items to be checked/replaced including new wiper blades and replacing the battery in my spare keys and this was checked with me before I left.
During the day I received a WhatsApp message that my vehicle was ready for collection, together with a video detailing the work and checks undertaken. On my return at the end of the day, and while enjoying another latte, I had to apologise for forgetting to leave my spare vehicle keys. They were swiftly taken away and the battery replaced.
Everyone I dealt with, before and during my visit, was courteous and efficient. This is not my nearest dealership but well worth the 50+ mile journey for the quality of service received.

Service second to none
We didn't expect to be able to get the car we wanted so quickly, and even though we ended up buying a used car, the service was absolutely amazing. When there was a problem with my car I was part exchanging, they resolved the issue immediately, even though it was my own oversight. Hayley has been especially helpful, reassuring and a great pleasure to deal with throughout. I couldn't have imagined a better experience!!! Thank you.
