Knowledge and great Customer Service
I liked your knowledge of what I needed for my size pool initially. Ease of ordering and speed of delivery was great. When I ignorantly did not drain the heat pump prior to cold weather causing just about everything crucial inside the heat pump to freeze and crack, you came through with a replacement part and shipped immediately. I ordered a replacement heater a couple years ago from Asa at poolheat pumps. Excellent service and delivery. We had some damage from a storm this year. Called Asa and replacement piece for the heater ordered and delivered quickly. Recommend highly!

Great service and quality heat pumps
I had a fantastic experience with them. The team was knowledgeable and helped me chose the perfect pump for my pool. Their customer service is top notch and the product they delivered was excellent. Installation was easy and pricing very competitive. They even had a bonus- someone played with my child and he was very happy

Gulfstream pool heat pump 125,000BTUH
Installation was very simple,when we started it up it took approximately 14 hrs to raise the water temperature from 65 F- 84F our pool is 18,000 gallons. Now it only runs a few minutes a day to maintain 82F. Very pleased with the performance, would recommend the Gulfstream

Love this heater
Love this heater. Easy to find out all the information about the unit. Had it delivered and it arrived the day that was promised. I had heater installed. When it first started the water temperature was 78. Turned on in morning and when I got home from work it was at 85. Easy to set temperature and easy to turn up and down. We have used solar in the last few years, a total game changer. Thank you so much!!!!
