Gulfstream pool heat pump was installed several years ago. It is an excellent, easy to use, reliable product. I have contacted their support team twice and had very prompt replies and helpful service. I am recommending their product because of performance and service!

Purchased the large GulfStream heat pump to replace a Jandy 4 yr old pump. Choose GulfStream because or the warranty and that it is made in the USA. It was also less expensive than the big name brands (made in China). Ada made the process very straight forward and easy. Make sure you have a certified installer lined up to get it installed. I live in AZ and Gulfstream is not a prevalent brand out here and not a lot of A/C installers handle them. One of my biggest concerns was that GulfStream would easily integrate with my existing pool automation system, in my case IAqualink, my installer was eventually able to figure it out but it required an extra switch for the Aqualink control panel.

The unit shipped very quickly and the delivery driver went above and beyond the call of duty by placing the unit on the equipment pad which was no easy task.

The entire process was excellent.

Love it. My pool is now 82 degrees in the middle of Spring, in Massachusetts! Usually it would be 72 degrees. I will let it run longer to get to 85/90°
Pump is Very very quiet also.

Unit arrived in a couple of days after ordering, and was WELL packaged on a sturdy skid. All went smooth with installation and directions were good.

The man l spoke to that helped me decide what size I needed. I forget his name. He is so awesome. I installed the system myself. I’m an HVAC contractor and everything works just fine with the new pump and also the new filter and other things I changed it from freshwater chlorine to salt and that’s the best thing I ever could’ve done help me to thank you.

Replaced a Hayward heat pump that busted after the 2 weeks of sub freezing temps we had. The gentlemen I dealt with was helpful, responsive and gracious. The only issue was that the power supply burnt up on my unit within a couple of days because they didn’t have a wire torqued down. It burnt completely through the wire. Couldn’t use it for several days because we had to get a local HVAC guy to look at it and he found the problem that he stated was just poor quality control. However they fixed it and I was up and running. Seems to heat the pool better than I expected. Again, I got good responses from the company and would likely purchase from them again if needed. But I hope that wont be for several years.
