Was able to talk to a real person (Asa), and have my questions answered in real time not through texting back and forth. Simple. The first unit came damaged from shipping. 1 call to Asa and another unit was on its way the next day. Unit was simple to install and works great.

Very good "Bang for the Buck".
My Heat Pump was delivered on time and right next to the area where it was to be installed. The driver had a couple of very good suggestions about placement and protection from the sun on the display.
The locally manufactured heater appeared well made and was very easy to install following the supplied instructions.
The heater is very quiet when running, much quieter than the more expensive unit that it replaced.
I am very happy with my purchase from Poolheatpumps.

Persistence paid off
We're very pleased with our pool heater. It is working great. There was an initial bump on the customer service side as we were trying to purchase from out of country, but we were able to resolve it and the heater arrived without issue. I am glad we persisted, because the heater has made our pool a year-round pool!

I installed the heatpump but it will…
I installed the heatpump but it will not turn on. Have made multiple attempts at contacting customer service but each attempt has resulted in voice mail with no return call.
Update: Dec 6 I received a call from Poolheatpumps. They were very apologetic and very helpful. They have shipped replacement parts. I will update again once I get the heatpump working.

This pump has worked miracles in extending my pool use. Even after temps dropped into the 50’s I turned it on around noon in combination with my solar blanket and was swimming in 85 Degree water at 6pm
