Really heats the pool efficiently! The unit is large so allow plenty of room on your equipment pad for it!

I typically do not rate at the highest mark. However, Asa is very knowledgeable with all the products he markets. He gave me accurate information and recommended the proper pool heater for my pool. He ensured that shipping was tracked, and after arrival checked to ensure it arrived in the condition it left the warehouse.

I ordered my pool heat pump in August and...received it in August!!! I did not expect your shipping to be as fast as it was, I actually had to wait for, both, the electricians and pool company to put me on their busy schedule, that scenario I welcomed.
Your company made this major purchase, painless and worry-free. I searched the internet for a company that claim to sell pool parts and accessories but many were fraudulent.

This is the second time we have ordered from this company and like the first time, we received top-notch service. Our pool heater arrived quickly without any damage.

Asa was great in giving me the information I needed to make the decision to purchase the heater. He also helped answer my emails promptly with any questions I had about the installation. The heater I purchased works great and was the best thing I did all summer.

Checked around online and this was most affordable unit available. I have not used it yet so don’t know how well it work just yet. The unit is made of plastic so it will not rust. It easy to install and it was delivered in just a few days. It’s a nice looking unit all black. It made in Florida so that’s a plus for me.

Our pool heat pump was infiltrated by mice during the winter destroying the control panel, The unit could not be repaired. Researched and found great unit at the right price on poolheatpumps.com. ordered ,delivered quickly and now new unit works great. Highly recommend

Easy to work with. Technical customer service was very responsive with two questions I had once I was installing the Heat Pump. I would purchase from these folks again (although I hope I don't have to for many year :)

From the beginning Asa at Poolheatpumps was attentive to all my questions. Asa quickly returned all of my phone and email enquiries about his heatpumps and which would be right for my pool. I recieved my pump when stated and it was in perfect condition. I had a problem with the electrical hookup and his staff quickly helped solve the problem. The pump has been running with no problems and heats the water up about 1 degree a hour. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Great service before, during and after the sale. Asa and Sheri were wonderful. I did have a problem with a faulty compressor on my brand new unit, but they immediately shipped out a replacement free of charge.

He was so helpful and understanding when we had to put our order on hold and his pump was substantially less expensive than what our local pool supply store could get! Our pool heater was delivered when promised. They delivered it to the lower edge of the driveway as requested to get it as close to it's final location as possible. There was slight damage on the unit in shipping but not enough to be an issue. The installation was relatively easy using the install videos for reference. We did have an issue getting the unit to start due to the fan blade hitting a coil. Once we pushed the coil back out of the way everything worked fine. The heater has been working as advertised with no issues once we worked out the fan blade issue.

Heater arrived in time. Once professionally installed the heater quickly heated my 16x32 pool to my requested 85 degrees!
The heater was significantly bigger than I pictured. Looks like a large A/C
