I placed an order with Popcultcha - then read the customer reviews, which wasn't quite the right way round. In years of online buying I've only hit one outright fraudulent site, so I was prepared for another.
They kept me up to date with order progress and, six days later, it arrived, very well packed and in the expected good condition.
I can't speak for overseas deliveries or for what happens if you need to contact them, but I found the service impeccable.

I ordered 1 Funko Pop on April 29th and 3 more Funkos on May 17th. Both packages arrived on May17th and came all the way from Australia to Germany to me. I think the most time took the flight and handeling by the carrier (which the company does not have an influence on obviously). All 4 Funkos arrived safely, without damage and quick (considering the distance). I did not have contact to the customer service, so I can't rate how they would handle this.

Useless bunch of Twart. been long time collector of pop and got a damage pop vinly. Only to be offered $5 discount with no replacement.

This is my go to store for exclusives items that are hard to get in the USA 🇺🇸 they usually ship quick and my items arrived to California USA in around 10 days, I have got some exclusive from GI Joe classified, Jada toys and marvel legends prices are good and my favorable conversion rate from USD also helps

Disgusting customer service experience. One of the worst I have ever experienced to be honest. I was dismissed, ignored and treated like an inconvenience. Not a single apology, only rude and smart ass responses. I asked to refer to the manager and the response I got felt like the same customer service representative putting on the “manager” hat and just pretending to be the manager.

Their promise of 2-3 business days for packing and dispatching orders is not truthful. When your order is impacted by delays that are not brought to your attention, they will not compensate or come to a resolution. They do not care about their customers nor care to lose customers, they think they own the monopoly. I am a second time purchaser with Popcultcha.com, but never again.

I ordered 3 trigun pops, 1 deluxe and 2 commons it was packed well in double boxes the pops also had bases and intricate features and it arrived perfectly no damage I did check the reviews and was nervous but didn’t have a choice but to choose this company as these products weren’t available anywhere else unless I was willing to buy from the US but thankfully no issues I am really happy with my purchase and would buy from this company again

Customer service is non existent! Brought a loungefly bag for it to be stuffed in a box too small for it, for it to arrive bent out of shape due to this (permanently damaged) for customer services to say ‘its not that bad, its only a dent, therefore we wont be doing anything, if your not happy post back at your own expense’

When they mess up they should take ownership! Avoid purchasing and go elsewhere.

I had a great experience with them. I bought Hot Toys Moonknight, the package came in great shape with a lot of bubble wrap which was a pain in the but to remove other than that it was great I have 2 preorder items from them.

Great service with amazing prices and quality. The products came perfect and I got 6 funkos for less than £60! A lot cheaper than the UK so I was very happy!

I bought two mystery boxes and a pop alone, all the pop except the one I bought alone were damaged.

The support told me they were not responsible for damages and the most of them just had defaults. They proposed me a refund if I returned the pop, what should costs me more than I spent, a discount code for another order or replacement boxes only in the case I would buy again.

Not commercial at all! I precise the packaging wasn't damaged, they probably send damaged pop in mystery boxes to ged rid of bad stock easily.

Never buy on this site. At final, you will lose money for items with no real value. And be careful about taxes from international, I had to pay the half of the amount of my order just to take it.

Even Funko is more professional than them.

Pretty expensive but sometimes good discounted items. Unfortunately for me is another store/online shop with bad policy that will try to avoid in the future. They DON'T offer full refunds they offer store credit which is not what customers want and no, as a customer I don't care about any explanations or excuses. I pay money I wish to receive back same. I recommend to be careful or to avoid if possible.

Sent me an item that had clearly been tampered with and had parts missing. There was little to no effort in trying to resolve this issue. Had to chase them several times for replies and they’ve left me with an expensive, damaged product. Extremely poor customer service. Avoid

I preordered a figure back in January for my partners birthday with a estimate arrival of end of January

It is almost the end of February and still no update on the release

I sent an email to ask for a refund feeling I have been mislead only to be met with rude communication and insistence that cash refund cannot be made only a gift card or credit, stating a refund is not necessary as the date was “an estimate”

The customer service was horrible, the communication has been limited and I feel my money has been taken from me

Do not give your money to this company it can be better spent elsewhere

Ordered a set of Funko pops from Popcultcha, they arrived and it looked as if the box had been run over by a truck.
Contacted Popcultcha and they at first point black refused to help, and said that the display box on a funko isnt part of the product, which is absolute tosh as without the box a funko is worth nothing at all...

They the gave in and offered to send replacement boxes BUT only if I purchased something else so they could combine the postage!!!

And then lastly they offered a refund if I paid for the postage back to them myself! and they know this isn't possible with them being based in Australia, postage would be around £30!

Absolutely horrendous service, and not much help from Paypal after!
Not surprised to see other people have had the same issue.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered at popcultcha many times and they all been great, at times can be a bit pricey or expensive but it takes a week or 2 for them to arrive but all in all they are the best for purchasing Funko pop or Funko related stuff.

New to collecting pops and some are tough to find in the UK a friend mentioned Popcultcha and even with the shipping cost from OZ to UK they still ended up cheaper. Order took 15 days from placing to arriving which I think is good considering the distance. Well packaged I was a little worried as the outer box had damage but then when I opened it I found another box inside containing the pops. In perfect condition, and I even got a chase. All in order highly recommend and will definitely use again.

The funko pops I ordered were in perfect condition and arrived on time. No issues or broken things. Perfect.

Be careful placing pre orders with these guys. If you do not follow up why it was not shipped in a timely manner. They will just mark the item as shipped and keep your money because they cant be bothered tracking down the real records. Used to be a great etailer unfortunately after this experience will never shop again just plain criminal if you ask me. Luckily it wasnt an expensive item so im ok to write this off, but would feel hurt if i placed a big preorder here and they pulled this stunt on me. If you have any outstanding part unshipped orders follow it up asap.

Shocking company

Bought a pop and it arrived damaged, when I contacted customer service to tell them the product I bought has arrived damaged and wanted help rectifying it I was told that boxes have defects and it wasn't in their control and there's nothing they can do to help me. There's a huge difference between "defects" and straight up damage. I'll never buy from these again and hope this review stops you from doing so too, go elsewhere.

List items not in stock and only want to give gift cards not refunds. Give them a call and they are clearly feed with a sliver spoon. Becoming scammers. Avoid at all cost at buy from other stores that will offer a refund immediately when there items aren’t in stock
