It's Thursday and still no effort has made to post out this parcel even though I addressed it as urgent. There was no option for express shipping, only a dropdown that said AusPost Standard eParcel, the shipping & handling below near price had a 'change' link but didn't work or do anything. Although shipping said Australia post, I got an Aramex Tracking code that still says it has no results, cause it hasn't been picked up by courier still. I would never have ordered if it was Aramex cause they deliver to wrong street, or loose parcels in my area in metro Sydney. They are hopeless.

I emailed first thing after placing order, to get someone to send out asap as I needed it by Friday. But no response for days, then just a shipping code created but never posted. Popcultcha Australia is a terrible company.
Now my son doesn't have a birthday present to open on his birthday and this is the second toy shop I have ordered from and have no time to try any more. Two orders and nothing. All he wanted was a particular Squishmallow for his birthday.

Wish I looked at reviews on this company first. I imagine this parcel will never get sent and its just a scam company.

Absolute scammers! Avoid at all costs!

I bought a load of funkos from them to be shipped to the UK and they packed them in a box FAR too small. Everything and I mean everything was damaged.

I contacted Pop Cultcha and immediately I was put to blame for some very strange reason. I then asked for a refund or replacement and they said they would only do this if I paid for the return myself... When I live in the UK and they're based in Australia... So you can imagine how pricey that would be for a box that weighed around 7kg. I obviously declined this and said I would only return if they covered the costs, which isn't exactly unreasonable considering they packaged them like children shoving toys in their school bag.

They then blocked me on everything so I couldn't contact them. I then went to my bank after I had enough. My bank sided with me IMMEDIATELY after seeing all of the evidence I provided and I got my money back.

3 MONTHS later, Pop Cultcha contested this charge back and claimed it on the grounds that they were just toys and were successfully delivered. So they got the money back again. I raised this with the bank and they fully investigated it. They then pointed out that there was enough evidence that the items were not toys, they were collectables and were not delivered successfully. In fact Pop Culture shot themselves in the foot by putting "collectables" on the customs declaration! So by saying they were just "toys" to the bank royally screwed them over and proved they're dishonest and all around liars. Also who contests a chargeback 3 months later when the limit is 45 days? Ridiculous.

I got my money back and compensation from MasterCard as an apology for the whole contested charge being lengthy. This all in all from purchase to refund took 4 months in total.

Their customer service is embarrassingly bad and so is the way they package things.

They need to step up and learn how to run a business because judging by these reviews and many many others online, I'm not the only one who these jerks have mucked around.

Honestly? Avoid them. They're not even worth a gamble. I'd rather place a bet that pigs could fly than put money into the pockets of these slime balls again.

Never had an issue, ordered many times especially POPS and they have all been in perfect condition and packaged well.

The worst customer service experience online! This company is the worst in terms of packaging the items. They don't care about them being damaged or dented. The company should hire a better customer service team and best way of packing their items before sending them. This company is the worst!

Appalling customer service.. they couldn't complete my order due to stock so offered a refund or credit.. I agreed to accept the credit rather than giving them the hassle of arranging the refund. Upon coming to use the credit I find the amount I will receive off my order is actually less than I originally paid. Tried to contact the customer service team and the couldn't care less.

This will be the last order I place with this company!

Having just received my 4th order from PopCultcha, I wanted to make another review to commend their service.

Made an order of 11 Funko Pop!s that took 10 days from date of ordering to date of delivery (there was actually an issue with the delivery itself, but that is down to ParcelForce Worldwide, my review of which has been recently added and is no fault of PopCultcha).

All Pop!s were in perfect condition and superbly packaged. Boxed as two boxes of 6/5, each inside a second box each with those boxes securely taped together into one parcel. The boxes are sturdy anyway, so with two boxes of protection, there was no danger of damage.

I see bad reviews of this company, but having made 4 orders, all of which have arrived in perfect condition, I can only speak highly of them so far.

So far I have made 4 bulk purchases from the site , the items have always arrived well packaged and as described . I have used other platforms such as Amazon and Desert cart and had a number of disappointments with crushed packages etc. Recommended and I will continue to use.

Very poor indeed, my item came no protection or nothing, just in a box. How can someone send product across the world without protectors - jokes
I thought this was a decent company as you see there logo stuck on other Funko pop’s

I live in the UK, Popcultcha is a great place to find Funko Pops that I cannot get hold of here. I get Bundles of them at a time from Australia, packaged really well. Such a great variety. 5+ Stars!

I ordered a funko pop collectable from popcultcha as it wasn't available anywhere else I'd seen mixed reviews and i had ordered from popcultcha one time before with no issues however this time the delivery didn't turn up as my address wasn't correct and when I asked for a refund I got one but it wasn't the full amount they didn't factor in the conversion rate of Australian dollars to British pounds so I'm now 8pounds down which isn't alot but it's the principle of the matter I won't be ordering from them again

I ordered from Greece. My Funko arrived in time and in excellent condition. Also prices are very good, even considering expensive shipping.

Recently placed a big order with them. They sent it out after a week no problems. Got the item about 2 weeks ago still within the return period but then they drop a 20% sale for items site-wide. Asked if they could honour a price drop and they refused because apparently it is impossible to offer discounts or partial refunds to existing orders. This is problematic because even if you placed it a week before the sale while the order is still processing, they still wouldn't budge. I believe any reasonable business should honour a price drop provided the order was placed in a reasonable time period before the sale. It is fundamentally no different than returning an item in person, getting a refund then placing another order for the same item. Granted they mentioned they'll offer price drops for only pre-order items. No disrespect towards the staff but Popcultcha as a whole needs to start changing their business practices if they want to make a good impression and attract loyal customers. This will be my last order with them.

I had my reservations about ordering, though these were completely dispelled when I received my order. An original, authentic SAW t-shirt, in its original packaging, shipped securely and fast, from literally the other side of the world- Streuth!! Absolutely delighted, wonderful buying experience! Definitely buying more. Thanks, Popcultcha!

My parcel was estimated to take 2 weeks to arrive but took over 2 months. When the item was damaged they asked for a picture so I sent them one but they said the picture wasn’t good enough and made me take another. They then replied saying that the picture showed no damage however there was a clear dent which I pointed out. They then resolved my complaint but didn’t do anything to help and ignored my many emails

Largest collection and variety of pops in one place at retail prices. Never any issues. Placed so many orders and never any shipping issues and very timely

I bought an expensive funko pop whose box was damaged during transport. After sending the photos to customer service, I was offered a $5 coupon... It's a shame. Being a collector, the product as it is is worth absolutely nothing. Do not trust this site, they are not serious.

Awful company, they never sent me 2 of the items I ordered. They basically said to bad you can't prove that you didn't get them. Customer service doesn't care. They offered nothing to make it better. Don't use, I'm sure not

Bought 2 pop vinyls. Received only one that cost $120 and box was bent badly. They took THREE WEEKS to reply to my email and asked for photo evidence. I did that and they replied with 'the item is intended to be taken out of the box'!! As a collector that would immediately kill the resale value! Why ask for a photo if you didn't intend to follow up on it? After over a month and I'm still waiting for the other item - they'll take your money saying it's in stock and then blame their suppliers for not delivering and don't notify you that it's unavailable - but they'll greedily take your money in the meantime!

I have ordered twice from Popcultcha now and each time the packaging and condition of my items has been great. I received email confirmations at each step of the ordering and shipping process which I appreciated. I spoke with staff over the phone and they were helpful and friendly. I find their website a little clunky but easy enough to use. I will continue ordering from them as I think they are a good store and company.

The one thing holding them back from being great is some of the wording on their website, which sort of makes it seem like they overpromise and underdeliver. The time it takes from order to shipping isn’t quick, they say this time should take 2 to 3 business days and in my experience it is more like 7 to 10 business days (which is fine if expecting it). Also, they mark a lot of out of stock items as “preorder” when they really mean “back order”. With preorders, a company should typically know when to expect an item to be in stock, but with back orders it is reasonable to not know when this might happen. Simple changes such as this would allow customers to better manage their expectations.

It look almost a month for two in stock tshirts to arrive (to an Australian address). My email to them was ignored and the tracking was given to me about two weeks before the actual parcel was handed to the courier. This was my 3rd order with them, never again.
