I ordered an item which was identified as small but ran very large. So I returned it. I was not returned the full amount which included shipping and handling. They stayed with part of the amount that I paid. Please beware as they are very devious with not refunding you the full amount you paid. While I love the workouts, unfortunately I will no longer be purchasing from popflex any more. :(

I have the jumpsuit. An absolutely beautiful piece, sadly the fabric broke in two places after just three wears. But those three times I looked fab.

I have been following Cassey for years and was so excited about my first purchase, however, I was deeply disappointed. I don't usually leave reviews unless I am raving about something. Still, I decided to make an exception and provide a bad review because I want others who are excited and have worked hard for the money (because let's be honest, these aren't cheap clothes) to have more information before they make up their minds about a purchase.

I am outside of the US, and when I saw the Black Friday sale I was excited about it being my opportunity to get something from Popflex. I bought three leggings, 2 at a discount, and one at full price. A friend of mine referred me and I opened the webpage from the email saying that I would be getting an additional 20% off (I did not and there was no way to add the code because they don't send codes, you are just supposed to trust it will work -it doesn't).

I wanted the items so badly, and I was already getting an okay discount on two out of three so I decided to buy them anyway. Once I placed my order I waited for the shipment. Since it is international, I know it can take a while so I was not in a hurry. However, getting it has been so difficult and I just heard that now I have to pay an additional 31 euros to be able to get my package.

I usually buy clothes and other items that ship from the US and have never been expected to pay additional taxes or make extra steps to be able to get my purchase. If I had known, I wouldn't have bought it. With that price difference, I could have bought some leggings from Lululemon that ship from my country of residence and that have WAY better customer service.

So, if you are from outside the US you might want to consider looking for alternative options before buying. Honestly, I'm so displeased. I had great expectations for this purchase and now I am heartbroken and spending so much more than I intentionally wanted/intended.

I have ordered from them several times, most recently on a BF/cyber weekend sale this weekend. Their items are sturdy and constructed of thick materials, which is nice. The two zip cloud hoodies I received are cut relatively short and don't fit over the shoulders as nicely as I would like. Kind of slouchy and frumpy. It is not flattering, but I understand that slouchy and frumpy is the look Popflex is going for. The half-zip warm-up hoodie wristbands are tight-cut, cut off circulation, and uncomfortable. I have only worn it once since purchasing it. The shruggie is cute but can only be worn without other layering.
I gave this item away to a friend because it was not a suitable piece. The clothes are okay, but customer service is definitely my final negative mark. I had issues with the USD to CAD exchange during their cyber sale, which resulted in me being excluded from the promotion. Keep in mind that I ordered from them specifically for the promotion based on my previous purchases. When I reached out to them the same day, they responded that I could not be included because the item had shipped, and I also could not modify it. In an attempt to work with customer service, they kept repeating the same "clarification" tactics to put me off and citing policies that seemed silly or non-sympathetic to my circumstances. Customer service is paramount when shopping online. I will return to a company to purchase overpriced goods in so many situations because of how they treat their customers when they have a bad experience or are looking for a reasonable solution. Had their customer service provided a solution to my concerns, I would have continued purchasing from them based on this to see if any other items worked for me, even though the quality of the products does not meet the price points. I would not recommend purchasing from Popflex to anyone considering it due to their customer service practices, product cost and how risky online shopping can be with your time and money. Stick with Lululemon or Alo Yoga, all of which have excellent customer service!

I’ve been trying to buy from this company because my kids like it, I think some of the things are comfy but their buisness practices suck. It takes 2 weeks to even get a shipment. They clearly expect you to sit at home for whatever time ups feels like coming to your house. I spent a ridiculous amount of money. Sent 3 emails the first 2 they were so sorry, would just drop off my order, then decided they wanted a signature I guess for the 3rd order. I’ve done everything. Sat on hold
For 3 hours with UPS, tried to get my order, emailed popflex. These jerks have made this so not worth the time, so inconvenient. I never signed anything I would sign for an order. It’s simple I never would have ordered from a company that makes a person do this. Let’s see if they will make it right but so far this has been a hell of an experience

Ordered two jumpsuits- shipping time was average and the quality was alright. However, the items didn’t quite fit. I decided to exchange for another size. Their website claims exchanges are free, but upon submitting the exchange they actually charge $5.95 to ship back. I reached out to customer service and they let me know there is a “glitch” and their exchanges weren’t being process for free. Luckily, they refunded me the cost of shipping. Fast forward A MONTH, I email customer service to be told there is an “inventory issue” and they don’t have the product I want exchanged. They offer a refund but knock $15 off the amount I paid because “you’re maxed out on refunds because we refunded you for shipping.” Umm…what?! Needless to say there are some serious issues with this business and I’m in a back and forth battle trying to get all of my money back. Take your money and business elsewhere.

I ordered a backpack for my daughter, which the total was around $170. She used it for the first 2 days of school, and the zipper broke on it. They would not offer an exchange or full refund. They offered me only a 25% refund back!! I was told there is no warranty so basically, I paid $170 for a backpack that is useless to me now. I am a single mom, and it wasn't easy coming up with that money. Terrible customer service.

I ordered 4 hoodies and only received 3 and they will not resolve the situation with a refund or reship. Horrible experience will not be buying from them again. Basically shorting people to make money.

Most brands now tell you where the item you want to purchase is made, Popflex doesn't, I even think they clearly don't want to !! ! My first purchases were made in Vietnam, but the last ones were made in China, (designed in LA, made in China) and I absolutely don't want to buy anything made in China. Some people there, because they are a muslim minority, the Uyghurs, are detained in reeducation camps and work for free, mostly in textile. I know, for sure, that it is impossible to track. It makes popflex work like the fast fashion, like Shein, for example. When you ask the customer service where an item that you would like to buy, was made, the answer is always the same, and always in the vaguest way, they tell you that it is made in South east Asia ...!!! Please, be honest ! You have lost a customer ! Please, don't buy items that are made in China, don't feed slavery, don't feed barbarity !!

There was an earlier review left from a fellow Singaporean whom encountered a tracking problem I am now facing. I placed my order on 14 April but DHL tracking has been stuck on 20 April up until now (20 June). Popflex actually reached out to me about incomplete information (upon check out my address and local number was filled accurately so I don't know what info was really missing) on 2 and 5 May, which I thought would get the parcel moving once I replied the CS team but unfortunately nothing has changed. I reached out to the CS team on 15 May but they weren't of much help and there has been no movement by DHL or follow-up by Popflex. Have raised a lost package ticket with Popflex and hopefully I'll receive a refund. It's been such a long wait I have no interest in the item anymore and it was also meant to be a gift for a birthday that has obviously passed. Seems other people have more luck so I would caution against direct intl shipping and maybe opt for a forwarding service instead.

I was so worried after reading the reviews but everything was fine. My order came within 12 days and I live in UK!

I ordered a backpack for nearly $300 AUD and charge shipment of $31 AUD. A tracking number was give 3 days later and its status is still unknown after one week. When query the delivery with the company we are told that it will take 35-50 days and said that it’s not their responsibility for the delivery.

There seems a prblm with thr logistics partner or the one they are hiring for shipping. No one takes guarantee of delivering it. When we wrote to Popflex they said bag has been shipped, the logistics partner said its lost. We paid the money, we didnt get the bag. Atleast they have the responsible one. We paid an arm and leg and really really my daughter cried it over.

Very fast response and great service! I had an issue with a side pocket not closing properly, and was promptly given options on getting a refund or replacement. We wrote back and forth and each response was very fast so we were able to resolve the issue in about a day, much faster than other experiences i have had

Absolutely amazing! I’ve replaced my yoga mats with these. Then I tried out the booty bands and quickly replaced them all at my community center, and even with commercial use, they have been amazing! I then ventured onto the backpacks, that flash material, so so so fun, and what a great bag.

POPFLEX continues to refine and improve with every style that comes out! I love that they are always asking for feedback and improving on their products. I find that the recent pieces are true to size and very well made and the fabric is always amazing. I’ve had to return/exchange a few items and it’s a simple process and their customer care team are helpful and reply pretty quickly (usually within a day or less - some companies I’ve had to wait DAYS for a response). Exchanges are free which is a huge plus!! Another reviewer said they had to pay a restock fee but I’ve returned several items and have never had to pay a restock fee. The shipping is pretty fast within the US, too! My most recent purchase was the tie breaker super dress - I had to exchange it for a smaller size. A few hours after the post office scanned it I received an email from popflex saying my order was in the process of exchange and they sent my new item out the next day! It was so fast!! I order from them often and will order many more times!

A company that truly cares about the fit and quality of their clothing. All of my orders from POPFLEX have been delivered quickly, and I haven’t gotten a product I haven’t loved. The customer service was amazing, they even helped me figure out what size I should get when I was unsure. Love this brand!!

I’ve been a customer for several years and have always had great experiences with the products and customer service. My most recent order was the Cargo Leggings with pockets. Hands down my favorite leggings!!

I am so obsessed with my new POPFLEX leggings! The fit is so perfect and they are super comfortable to work out in. The quality of all their clothes is super high and they are so soft. I've already worn them at the gym, out shopping and relaxing at home. The shipping was really fast and I was impressed by how easy it was to order. I will definitely be telling all of my friends!!!

LOVE Popflex! I just got my new fav item, the Peekaboo Crew Tank! I LOVE IT. The quality is amazing, sizing is accurate, shipping is fast and returns are easy. I buy from this brand all the time and will continue to do so!
