Amazing Poppy Austin products
I have several Poppy Austin products and they are all amazing. The argon oil mascara is the best I have used dosen't clump or feel heavy.
I have been using the cleansing facial wash, rose water toner and mixture of hyaluronic acid serum, vitamin C and retinol cream over the past few weeks and my skin has never felt so good. I have got so many good comments.
I recently purchased the eyelash serum also and my lashes have grown loads. They are also thicker and more conditioned.
I’m so glad I found these products, I defiantly won’t be using anything else from now on. I love Poppy Austin!

Poppy Austin is amazing
Poppy Austin is amazing, I have bought loads of face creams over the years and nothing beats Poppy Austin. I'm 60 and in ten days I can already a difference. I bought the retinol moisturizer and vitamin C brilliant, also my eyelashes had started falling out so I bought the new eyelash serum. A big thank you to Gemma for the recommendation. Will be buying more.

Great products and responsible ethos!
I have been using Poppy Austins Hyleronic Acid and Vitamin C serum for about 3 weeks now. The texture of my skin is so soft now and my complexion is much brighter. I can't understand why this company doesn't have more reveiws. I'm going to try tbeir other products too.

I ordered 3 products from
Poppy Austin through amazon , (retinol cream, eye cream and Vitamin c serum) a week later since I started using the products , I've noticed that I was getting pimples , so it seems it's not "non-comedogenic" then i see that my Vitamin c serum has a strange unpleasant smell and very liquidy (I've used vit c serums before and their texture was rich and they smelled good like an orange would)
But the cherry on the top was when I found out a few weeks later that my eye cream's texture is not creamy and rich anymore, it looks like milk going bad . So I decide to write to customer service, but i focused more on my eye cream because for me it was not normal so Chloe Bell , the customer "care" representative who is not really taking care of me , says that in deed it's not normal and I should discontinue use, ok I say... so I asked if she could replace the damage product , it's what normally happens in cases like this,and she just said NO and gave me a phony explanation , I was disappointed to see that they care so little about their customers , specially because I was a new customer so they didn't get my loyalty that's for sure.

Thank you for taking the time to review us on Trustpilot, however I was saddened to read that you did not have a good experience with our products.
As with all new skin products and especially if you have suffered skin irritation in the past, you should always carry out a patch test to a small, discreet patch of skin, like behind your ear or even on the inside of your elbow. Then, you're supposed to wait 24 hours so you can look for signs of redness or irritation.
Your skin renews itself about every 28 days. It gets rid of old and damaged skin cells and replaces them with new, smoother cells. Retinol speeds up this natural exfoliating process. If you have oily or acne-prone skin, chances are a breakout is already brewing underneath the surface of your skin. By speeding up the exfoliating process, Retinol unveils it much sooner.
In regards to our Vitamin C Serum, the consistency of the serum is quite thin and watery as you mentioned. This is so that it can be absorbed easily into the skin, and the reason we only recommend using a few drops during your daily routine. Vitamin C Serums (of any brand) should not smell like citrus. If it does, then you should question whether the product has a synthetic fragrance. We do not add any artificial perfumes or fragrances to any of our products during production.
As you mentioned in your review, our eye cream's texture should not change after a few weeks, however if it is not used, it can start to dry at the opening of the bottle, and this is likely what you experienced. In this case, we suggest you press the lid a few times to get the excess, old cream out, and the cream should be the normal texture behind this built up, old cream.
