If i could give zero, I would. Backwards, slow, corrupt, cunning, I don’t think there is worst service anywhere in the world. Parcel apparently lost at custom, miraculously found and delivered day after postal service, from the county from which was originally sent, lodged complaint. Apart from that, if you sending something from Croatia, Clark at the post office claims is their job to check the contents of the parcel you are sending. Unbelievable. And the same clerk has a monopoly on the postage you have to pay. BTW if you need their services is a cut lunch job. And don’t wake them up during their any time seasta.
No delivery
They never deliver, just leave a note saying you weren't home. I have never seen them deliver a package in my life.
from bad to worse
For years now it's usual that they don't deliver any package but leave you a note that you weren't home, even though you were and noone rang the bell.
But now they they went even further, stating that package couldn't be delivered on the tracking pages, but not even showing up the door to leave the note. So it's going from bad to worse. on the phone numbers that you leave, noone responds of course, customer service, just as well.
i think they've hit the rock bottom at this point.
Dissapointing
Multiple times packages ordered through Amazon.de and carried by Hvratska Pošta to Slovenia just get sent back to Amazon without even reaching the border.
Waste of time, money and energy.
Terrible Delivery Service – Avoid at All Costs!
Hrvatska Pošta (Paket24) is by far the worst courier service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a package with home delivery, only to receive a notification that I had to pick it up at a post office without any prior warning or option to reschedule. This is completely unacceptable!
When I filed a complaint, they responded with a generic excuse about “high system workload” allowing them to change delivery terms unilaterally. This is a clear violation of consumer rights! To make matters worse, the same issue happened again with another package. It’s obvious that this is not an isolated mistake but a regular practice.
Customer support is useless, simply brushing off complaints and refusing to take responsibility. If you value your time and expect a professional delivery service, stay far away from Hrvatska Pošta! I will be reporting them to consumer protection organizations and media, as I’m sure many others have suffered the same treatment.

lazy, slow and unprofessional service, even one star is to good for them. Corrupted management needs to be replaced with a fresh and smart new leadership as soon as possible to make sense of this business.

Croatian Post Office lies
Besides being the slowest and worst delivery service, Croatian Post office has started lying to their customers now. They mark in their system that they’ve attempted to deliver a package but no one came around. I was at home two days in a row and there was no delivery.
Been waiting over 10 days to receive something that was sent from Zagreb to Zagreb.

If you can’t even contact the customer service ( I tried on 2 occasions and waited on line fir over 35 min ), that is a major red flag. Next time I see that the delivery is done by Hrvatska posta, I am NOT. ordering.
Totally untrustworthy
I often order from Amazon.de if I see that the delivery is handled by UPS I rest assured. If I see Hrvatska posta I curse my luck because I have enough experience now to know that it will never arrive. 3/3 orders so far never arrived.
Express shiping and tax payments with croatia post
Express shiping what worldwide means 10-15 days delivere time takes in Croatia month, two. They make you pay double taxes because they don't care if you already paid it on ebay etsy etc... Tax amount accoording croatia post for the same items, from the same seller can be 90 E or 23 E depends on it who works this day in custom service

Lost my urgent file for the embassy. When they finally found it my plane ticket expired. Just try to avoid them and their support is more than terrible.
They receive three packages for same…
They receive three packages for same adress at the same time(it was order from amazon). One comes in thursday, second one on friday and third one still haven't come.
I called them about the info, it took 32 min sitting on line till someone answered the phone and then they just tell me same info i see on internet and which not correct. They don't even know where packages are.
Besides all that, 1000 euros worth packages come like someone was beating the box with a baseball bat.

A package from Zagreb - Črnomerec to Zagreb Trešnjevka still didn't arrive after 3 weeks of shipping. What the f***? No really, this is not even funny...
Very slow and irresponsible
They are incapable of delivering a package within the promised time and this happens every single time. They need a while week to deliver a package within a short distance. The worst part is that there is no information that it will be late or anything, they just don't care at all.
They have a terrible service and they couldn't care less for the customers.

Sent a package to Croatia just for it to be stuck in Zegreb for 10 days. No reason for such thing was given nor have they informed me to why. Calling them doesnt help either because they have no option for English
Bad experience
Bad experience. They do not deliver packeges,as they have to, on your address, they just leave it in their main storage place for packeges and you must go there to take it on your own. They even don't leave any notification about it. But still you have to pay for their service. Terrible!
