They stole my parcel then told me they cant do anything about it. Ive just made a police report. Not taking this, you cant see something nice and make it go missing. Was at relief drivers place on gps and they did nothing.

Absolutely disasters. CEO -Aaron Furge , You must resign from your
position. Website is not working with IOS. Customer service helpless. Aaron Furge look at your Manukau Branch - Contractor FG. I lost 3 courriers in last 3 months. All never delivered. You need to check Police Clearance & visa status for all drivers . This is trust issue, Reliability issue & morality issues with your contractors & staff. Aaron Have you ever try to find it out about this ? I am happy to provide PHCTracking number for your reference once you respond to my complaint. I am preparing to take you to Court once i collecting enough evidence. This is New Zealand , please don't spread dishonesty through your contractors in this country. God bless New Zealand.

I refer to my review published yesterday. Post Haste replied, claiming that there were no delivery instructions on the mailing label. Nothing could be further from the truth. The instructions appear on the line just below the address block, just below 'Hawera.' The instructions, clearly indicated, read: 'Courier: ATL - please leave on glass table in conservatory.' I have a photograph of the mailing label if Post Haste wishes to see it. I'm not big on meaningless apologies, but something needs to be offered for lazy, incompetent, unacceptable service - and this is not the first or even third time.
Service so bad I literally created an account on this website so I could add this review. I received a vague email from Post Haste saying a courier “needed access for redelivery,” which initially looked like a scam. After confirming it was legitimate, I was told a parcel was being held at the Wellington depot and that it was “ready for collection.”
Based on that information, I travelled to the Ngauranga depot to collect it, only to be told when I arrived that the parcel had already been returned to the sender. At no point in the email communication was I informed that there was a deadline for collection or that it was about to be returned.
The main issue here is the poor and unclear communication, which resulted in wasted time and an unnecessary trip to the depot. I’m still unsure whether a genuine delivery attempt was ever made.
I later raised a formal complaint and gave Post Haste an opportunity to rectify the situation, but the response I received was dismissive and did not address the concerns raised.
Overall, a very frustrating experience and disappointing level of customer service. I won't be using suppliers that use them as a courier service any longer.

Most reliable courier delivering in our area
Parcels always arrive on time and undamaged, and this is the only courier who always rings the buzzer rather than just leaving packages with no notification (it's always the same driver, so maybe we're just really lucky - he's awesome).
The time of day they deliver is very consistent, which is an added bonus.

Just so you all know, Post haste and NZ Couriers both belong to Freightways. The reviews regarding NZ Couriers are a mirror image of the complaints here so I checked them out on the nz companies office website.
Same directors listed too.
I've been waiting over a week for my delivery. The sender re-sent the order and NZ Couriers say they can't deliver the second parcel because the address is wrong - it isn't - so they are holding the second parcel as well. The 1st one is sitting at their North Harbour depot for God knows what reason.
In future, I will check which courier online sellers are using and if it's one of these nightmares it's a no sale.

Im still waiting 6 days for a item to be delivered, the pickup of small item was 30mins from my location, and has gone through 4 different sets of hands. Still waiting..... something is really not right with this company.

The parcel addressed to Queenstown was delivered to Timaru. The booking reference was recorded as Queenstown Otago. Nobody answered the phone. The team at the office blamed sender (we checked and all was correct). The team said we need to contact Post Haste.... 'but we are standing in a Post Haste branded office'!? They told us we had made the error (wrong) so we had to solve the problem and find our own parcel. This isn't good news for Freightways owners of the business.

Pass The Parcel is run by these clowns, DO NOT USE THEM.
A simple delivery of less than 20km got lost by them for a week.
They eventually delivered when I opened a claim against them.
They delivered even though I TWICE TOLD THEM NOT TO AS I WAS NOW OUT OF THE COUNTRY.
Their support staff were of no help and repeatedly lied to me.
They never got back to me as promised.
I offered to come and pick up the parcel myself but they didn't know where it was.
And yes they charged me for this appalling lack of service

I would give them zero star if there was one. Awful service, I don’t understand why this company can still survive on the market!

First up, I openly admit to been quick to slam poor service however this recent delivery from Post Haste , Auckland to Canterbury, has exceeded all expectations, the parcel dispatched on the 17th delivered today the 19th, that is exceptionally well done Post Haste, I’ll now forget the past experience as a one off.

The most useless courier company there is. They really should re name themselves “NO HASTE”
Avondale to Albany picked up on the 9th of February delivered on the 16th of February WTAF!
Worst service ever!

Basically scammers. Would do half a star if I could. Can’t even understand the handwriting on the form they left, looks like another language

Parcel was expected 26th. Tracking showed 'authorised delivery RD1' . When I rang to find out what this meant I was politely told it would be delivered by local teams. I was not made aware it would be the following day and delivered by NZ Post. Packaging was broken and 900 nzd article dirty. More care, better communication and clarity on rural deliveries please

Actually, zero stars.
Parcel had note on it to be put on the BACK balcony... Even had directions stating that the back balcony was at the rear of the house. Got home to fine it's just plonked on the front porch. Both gates were left open so driver didn't even need to open a gate, but still too lazy to put the parcel where they were asked to. If my parcels get stolen in the future and you were responsible for delivering them, you will be charged with theft.
Zero stars.

It's incomprehensible how a company that delivers a service, prohibits customers from contacting their 0800 number, using a mobile phone. What century are these people in? 99.9% of the population operates using a mobile phone, and while being on the go. What a complete waste of time.

My overnight delivery became an over week delivery. I was fobbed off with promises and statements far from the truth. I have asked the company who sent my order to NEVER use Post Haste Napier for my future orders. I can’t speak for other franchise holders, but Napier need to get reliable, honest staff and up their game

This company needs to get their act together don’t know how they’re still in business with all the bad reviews. My parcel was supposedly picked up a week ago since then the tracking has not had a single update apart from the first one saying it has been picked up. I emailed yesterday and and they said it would be delivered yesterday or it will definitely be Friday, guess what it didn’t come either days and still no update on the tracking page.
