Ordered a presentation pack costing £15 including delivery. They sent a few stamps on black card. No pack. Lousy envelop which allowed a crease during delivery. As a collector I am totally bemused how they could send out rubbish like this.

Just visited pinhoe post office in Exeter. The large lady with glasses behind the counter. Well her attitude stunk. No customer service skills was rude and abrupt. I shall not be using this service ever again in my life time !!!
Londis Post Office kenyon rd fulham AVOID
Been there twice in the 3 years I have lived here and both times they have been extremely rude. Refused to give me a proof of posting and didnt suggest they stamp a piece of paper with the target address on which would have taken less of their time, as google says. Reminds me of the expression "why are people serving in POs so rude?' the answer is 'they have had a lot of practice at it'. Made me go and wait outside despite the fact there was a second person in the queue without even a mask on inside, hypocrites.

Newby sub post office in Proudfoots have staff that are ill-informed, badly trained and have little knowledge of their jobs. I asked a Covid question and because neither the counter staff or manager knew they mumbled and made up an answer that i found out at another post office later to be wrong. Very bad service.

Wish I had read the reviews before using this site. One star is still to good. They must be the only online shop that doesn't work on Saturday or Sunday. I needed some stamps for time critical posting and didn't want to go out to get them so paid for next day service. Ordered on a Friday and I am sat here on Wednesday and they still haven't arrived. They don't seem to care about their deserved reputation.
Avoid!
First and last time I ever order from the Post Office shop. Terrible service, didn't even bother to tell me my package had been broken and been sent back to them, I had to find out for myself.

I ordered three types of Canon Ink Cartridges - 2 were delivered OK but 1 was NOT what I ordered. It took eight emails to get the correct Ink Cartridge I had ordered. A company to be avoided at all cost.

Two weeks ago I orderd some reusable facemasks, paying extra for priority delivery (24-48 hours). Got an email 3am the next day say it was being dispatched (sound promising). Three hours later I get an email from UPS saying my order cannot be deliverd as schedualed, from their tracker it doen't even look like they picked it up.
I tried emailing Post Office a week ago asking for it to be deliverd or for a refund and have not heard anything. The money has been taken out of my account but I have got nothing in retrun not even a refund.
Appalling and will never use again
Appalling and will never use again, ordered a presentation pack, it arrived but was damaged, I returned it but had to wait over a month for the replacement to arrive. Utter rubbish.
Post Office poor service.
I ordered 2 items that need plastic to protect, but ripped off, as if somebody wanted to see what was inside the boxes, left items scattered as a result, everywhere, with little care, respect when handle, because UPS driver never used handling equipment to bring boxes to my flat, but have the excuse to trash all the way up, unaware if this is Post Office, or UPS fault, horrible service! -

I ordered two reams of paper. Both packets opened and in poor condition. I thought I could trust the post office shop. Avoid this company.
Shambolic
Shambolic! Made us wait two weeks, had to call three times (over an hour on hold), wouldn’t accept email complaint and then they cancelled our order!

Last 2 occasions using Royal mail in Portsmouth
1 confirmation I'd door number led me feeling stupid "49b"
I though he said 49p just repeated slightly confused to be tutted at eye rolled
2. Sending a letter by by the measuring tool she used I could of paid for the smaller size parcel, I was asked to weigh it,

I apologised and asked if I could cover the extra weight or how would I process a refund on the unused pre paid postage,
To be told they don't know and leave me not much choice but to pay postage again

Very unhelpful, it's a shame really
It took over a month to receive the full order.
I received most of the order after several days but an order for 12 cartons of UHT milk was sent 10 days later with no explanation. It did not arrive and the tracking showed that it had been damaged in transit and that the sender had been informed. I waited several days with no news before sending an email and got no reply. So I sat in a phone queue for over an hour and finally I got through to someone who promised me that he would send out a new delivery that I would receive within 48hrs. It did not arrive. The following week I received the damaged shipment. Only 11 out of 12 cartons and they were all squashed. That was more than a month after the original order.
I have finally received the replacement!
No after sales communication
Although I was impressed with the website and relative ease of ordering, contacting them using the phone number and on line form was useless. It took a case opening with PayPal to get a refund for a missing delivery. Vow actually run the website and not Post Office Shops. I suggest if YOU need to contact them about a problem then go straight to VOW.
