I ordered and paid for a book of stamps (2 books as the site insisted I must spend more than £10:00). They then charged me £2:99 for next day delivery.... since when did a first class stamp cost £2:99? What really rubs me up is I have still not received my stamps.... THIS WAS 7 DAYS AGO for Gods sake they are the POST OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have sent email no answer, I have sent message on their site and to date they have ignored me totally, however, we all know that they will use the CO-VID 19 excuse why its all gone wrong. This of course is why all their post offices have had to close down as well over the last 5 years. I wonder how I get my money back.

Ordered stamps at start of April. Payment take on my credit card. As of 27th April still not received. Can't get through on phone. Emails go unanswered.

Placed an order for printer paper - delivered on time in a very poor state.
All layers of packaging damaged - paper just about usable and I need it today so I am not sending this back.

I placed an order 10th April. Still mo sign of order, can't get through to them to chase. Not replying to my emails. I will never ever use this site again.

Absolute joke. Ordered stamps from the post office on line at the end of March and they have still not arrived mid April. Stamps from the Post Office you would think this would be simple !!...obviously not for them....ok i ordered second class stamps but i did not expect them to be delivered by seventh class mail. Still waiting.......

Shocking service. Not for the first time ordered something from the site which showed as being in stock, but subsequently turned out not to be. They didn't tell me. It took emails (unanswered) and finally phone calls to get a response. Not in the least apologetic. Poorly run, poorly managed, last time I will be ordering from here.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago and still nothing. Gave them a bit of leeway due to the current situation but this is ridiculous. Can not contact them, not answering emails. From the other reviews starting to believe I have been scammed.

Took the order, got confirmation, then even a dispatch notice. 9 days later nothing. Tracking code on the account is missing. Emails and web queries went unanswered. Did get delivered on 10th day (royal mail), and understand there will be difficulties currently, but some way of knowing the status or tracking would be useful.

I ordered the day April 2 with shipping the next day paying even more, to date I still have to send and do not respond to email and phone. Info for a refund?

Ordered first class stamps Sunday 29th March with next working day delivery and delivered on Thursday 2nd April. Cannot get through on phone, online form doesn't result in reply nor does their email

I put in my order on Saturday 21st of March for next day delivery, it is now the 1st of April I still haven't received it. They took the full payment + shipping out of my account. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM! I am so angry and frustrated, they won't pick up the phone or reply to emails, worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I am appalled.

Never order from post office shop!!!
Have ordered an item with one day delivery at the check out, it’s been five days and it’s still not here, have called several times and every time they told me due to circumstances it will be a next day until 5th day when they said it will be with me today and guess what, it isn’t .
Tomorrow I am cancelling the order and asking for full refund.
Will never order anything from them again !!!!

Same as every other review. Placed an order several day's ago, haven't recieved the products. Don't reply to emails and can't get through on the phone. Bordering on a scam by taking money, not delivering and not replying.

Paid in full no e mail no news received nothing yet be aware ppl

Paid for the next day delivery received it 3 days later and even got the order wrong. Received an email after I complain and the email quoted that I only ordered one but the receipt clearly shows quantity 4. Honestly you're better off paying extra elsewhere and getting a better service.

Poorly stocked dirty shop and the staff are lazy, unhelpful and have no manners. A disgraceful business that I will never use again. AVOID.

Order and paid, heard nothing for over a week so queried and received a refund as told item was out of stock.

Why is the post office pretending to be a retailer? It's not possible to contact my local post office shop as there isn't a telephone number, plus the post office staff don't even know it. Are you being served? Absolutely not!
