Very bad service. Ordered a good online and expected to be delivered in 3-5 working days. Did not received the item for over a week. Call them 10 days after the order and was not told that they don't have in stock. I was then informed that the order is a pre-order, but it was never notified to me while making a order nor received any email or message. Have to get it refunded as they were trying to sell me a similar item but nearly 3 times more expensive.
???? Beware ... I will never order anything through them

Ok it was Sunday but you would expect it to be delivered Monday but no it came Tuesday
They still charged me for overnight. Nothing on the site to say working days only

Disgraceful customer relation whilst trying to complain they ha d automated service that dont work sort it out and your post office in camberwell thriving post office.

Disabled badge holder - paid top price for really bad quality!

I ordered 50 postage stamps for Christmas for next day delivery. They didn’t arrive. I phoned up after the second day of non arrival. They said they d run out and would be emailing people. That was not much use to me. Their tracking system showed “processing” the whole time, although in fact they weren’t processing the order. Selling things they no longer have. Ridiculous and inconvenient.

Awful. Ordered 6 different sized packaging boxes paid for next day delivery. Parcel arrived containing 2 boxes called Customer Services to be told that 2 more were in a different parcel and would be delivered by end of the day and 2 were out of stock. Obviously I explained that I had paid next day delivery because that's when I wanted all of them not just 4 and was told that there was nothing they could do. I also questioned why I had not been contacted to let me know they were out of stock and was told "we don't do that". When I asked when they were expected I was told they didn't know but once they had them they would be sent out the next day - not a lot of help to me as next day could be in two weeks time. I am now having to use petrol and pay car parking to go to WHSmith to get what I have already paid the Post Office Shop for. Lesson learned won't be using again.

I've ordered twice and it's been an absolutely fantastic experience delivery second to none I will most definitely be ordering from them again ten stars to the post office shop superb
