Excellent pricing for Damp Proofing work in small bedroom. This companies knowledge was extremely good and was advised to find the source which no other companies quoted mentioned.
On time, reliable, honest, professional, clearing and removing any debris daily. Large humidifier supplied by the company to dry walls after taking damp brickwork out.
Team worked hard, no breaks.
Fully Damp Proofed many areas in need. Found source and made this complaint.
Fully Agreed by Corey to a very high standard. New laminate flooring fitted, new window payne's fitted, with window box area moved inwards to protect from rain on flush window, new skirting fitted, fully painted to a high standard.
Jamie, Corey, John and Nigel are all excellent at their work with no problems keeping us up to date daily. Completed all work on time given.
Jim you have an excellent team, respectful and happy, even some polite banter. Smiles in faces and very hard workers which is excellent for any business. I will off all friends and family the company details as the work completed was outstanding. Fantastic customer service, no added extras on pricing quotes.

Hanover housing are scum. They bullied me and lied to me so that they didn’t upset my trouble making neighbour. They libelled me by lying to my MP saying that I had anti social behaviour issues (that they made up) I even tried to take my own life because of the behaviour of my neighbour and Hanover. I am a decent decorated veteran with PTSD and Hanover treated me like dirt. They shout about their partnership with Veterans Housing Scotland (who are equally to blame) but this is a sham. They lied to me, belittled and bullied me until I left to live in my car rather than be treated so terribly. Hanover housing are full of incompetent and nasty people. They even sent my neighbour on a free holiday! My advice to anyone, but especially veterans is that if you want to be treated with respect then AVOID THIS TERRIBLE ORGANISATION.

This company is a very unfair employer. Do Not work for them no matter how much you need a job. One mistake will get you dismissed even though others made many more mistakes (5 chances) to a worse degree.

Our experience was really and truely made by Natasha who handled our whole tenancy and deposit. She was outstanding and the best agent we’ve ever had renting in the last 4 years. She was consistently helpful, and she always made sure things got done in a timely manner. She went above and beyond and made our renting experience better than it’s ever been.

Well I thought Hanoverian was linked to the idiots bullies of Anchor Housing . So we may have a theme going on between Anchor Hanoverian landlords to over 55 supported ha ha Housing . My ceiling collapse 5/1/2025
And only due to be touched 11/11/2025 leaving me Homeless 69 disabled and the ceiling all over my front room and my flat open to the rain snow . So that’s a low blow on a pensioner and asked for help but told can’t help not insured. Perhaps if the repairs done over last 15 months by Benco were of any worth I would not be homeless
Living in damp cold mouldy home given me respiratory problems not to mention under monitoring for asbestos expisure. So Anchor Hanoverian get your act together stop using cowboy builders and stop writing emails memos to one another belittling and showing hate and contempt for tenants .I have seen the evidence. Charity status need a discussion with the Charity Commission another possible Captain Tom situation

Bullies bullies high turnover of managers all come in like bouncers ordering amd demanding how people live thier life's spoken to many residents all scared to say something incase effects tenency best manager was Shirley she had a heart so had to go in 16 years had a new manager for every year Do not send any family members here I'm dad is seriously ill and all they care about is his flat they are killing him off I warned manager Jay Harris if anything happens to my dad I will hold him and hanover responsible awful vile uncaring inhumane shouldn't be working with the vulnerable watch this space ....

Hanover Housing Association is a laugh, they simply do not care about the elderly, they conned me into taking a tenancy at Hanover Gardens Paisley,I asked them if there would be anyone above me with hearing problems, the answer I got was no but you will hear things like anywhere else, I have been woken at all hours through the night with loud tv and when the carers go in they are like a heard of Elephants, Hanover only care about money not people, not only do I have a nightmare above me but I also have to put up with the laundry below me and its akin to torture from the war days, do not take a house from Hanover none of the staff they employ knows what its like to tell the truth, there is a lot more I could tell but don't see the point really because they will cover everything up anyway.I am not the only one complaining about what's going on here but I am not going to stop fighting them until I win the right to a quiet life.

If I could put a 0 I would. My mum lived in a Hanover housing, privately owned property. They have been awful. They decided they didn’t want to factor the building which had always been run by them since it was built. It was sheltered Housing. They had an older house as part of the building that needed work. They told the residents they all owned the building. It was sold and the money put in their sinking fund. The roof was a mess. Then they let the newer residents bully older residents to take on a new factor. So now 91bc run the property. It no longer has anything needed for sheltered housing and all the sinking fund that was there from selling the house,Hanover have not paid back to the residents. It has been a shambles and a rip off by a company that is supposed to care. There has been underhanded things going on and redundancies paid to the manager and cleaner out of the residents fund ,although the manager still works for Hanover. An absolute disgrace.
