Received the chair with wrong screws…
Received the chair with wrong screws and no instructions document enclosed. It's been 4 working days and I haven't received the correct ones... for the chair price I would expect an exceptional customer service and after call. Extremely disappointed.

Dont ask for an amendment
sent an email same day asking for the delivery address to be amended and didnt reply until after it was delivered to work instead of home address.
If there is an email address to make amendments, it should be monitored !!!

Assembly is not good
Assembly manual was not provided even after I find it in online, I still see it's incomplete. I also thought the delivery is with assembly but they refused to assemble the item.
