Assembly is not good
Assembly manual was not provided even after I find it in online, I still see it's incomplete. I also thought the delivery is with assembly but they refused to assemble the item.

Fault dealt with quickly and efficiently
When I experienced a fault with a product, I filled out the online form and a new item was sent out to me with no questions asked. In a corporate work environment, that's the service you need.

'please remove film' has been printed…
'please remove film' has been printed onto the product and there was no film to take off which detracts from using the product....there was no packaging in the poly bag or do not bend and the deliverer bent the product to put in my letterbox which has creased the product

The chair I had just over a year ago flips forward jarring my back the parts have arrived but the engineer cant come for 2 months causing me more pain.

Nice chair - shame about the damp!
My firm ordered the chair for me and it was delivered from Inverness very promptly.
I assembled the chair myself on or around Sunday 29 March and put in the box room I use as my work office on Sunday 29 March. A quick test confirmed the chair is comfortable and is a distinct improvement on what I had before.
up to this point all is good.
The REALLY bad thing is that the chair ABSOLUTELY STINKS of damp. When I entered the office/box room this morning the smell was over powering and it had filled the small enclosed space. A closer inspection revealed it is definity the chair that smells.
I am going to give it a day or two for the smell to dissipate and if it does not the chair is going back because it stinks!
I can't work in this environment. You have supplied a sub-standard product and I am deepy dissapointed!
I only gave two stars becasue everything else was fine. If the chair did not smell so bad I would have given them 5 stars, but the smell is REALLY bad! I can smell it now...
