Lots to do, excellent accommodation, great entertainment, good food, lovely and helpful staff

This was the third time we have stayed a Potters every time the staff are all so helpful and polite we will be going back soon

Could not find a fault with anything

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Excellent food and entertainment.
Lodges are very tired and need overhaul, As site is predominantly used by the more senior in age, the very small baths would be better by being replaced with shower cubicle. Although I know this would be very expensive job maybe some of the rooms sold to customers with restricted movement could also have higher toilets or grab rail to assist as elderly father found very hard to get up from it!!

Absolutely love going to Potters at Hopton & Five Lakes from the accommodation wether it be Hotel or Bungalow there both great the food is excellent especially love the fried bread the staff are all fantastic & helpful
The activities during the day plenty to keep you busy & the shows in the evening are brilliant

Visiting Potters is always a great experience. From delicious food to excellent service from marvellous staff. Brilliant choice of multiple activities to wonderful accommodation. Excellent entertainment to joyful relaxation. Really cannot fault them. Took a group of 45 this time and didn't get a single negative comment from anyone. Keep it up Potters!

From the warm reception - exceptional staff everything was perfect. Do as little or as much as you wanted. Service and food fab with lots of choice Accommodation was great … basic but clean. Everything works. The evening shows are fab plenty of seating only gripe …. either watch and enjoy show or sit in bar and chat loudly … compère even told audience to do so.
Lots of parties celebrating … from 21st birthdays to 60 wedding anniversary’s… something for everyone. Met some lovely people. Well done Potter’s … it was fab will book again. ❤️

The staff,as ever, were friendly & helpful but on this occasion there were a number of negatives:-
1) It was cold in the Garden restaurant
2) Bungalow F7 was very cramped & the shower was arranged on the wall in such a way as to make its use inefficient The room lacked surfaces on which to put things
3) My wife wasn't as happy with the food compared to previous vivits

From the minute you arrive you are greeted with a smile by the security at the entrance, this continues with every member of staff you meet. The rooms are excellent and are cleaned every day. The food is excellent and such a wide variety to choose from, my wife is a diabetic and they cater for all her needs. The entertainment is first class it's like going to the West end only better, there is always something to do during the day. They cater for everyone. Jack Jenkins is the best bingo caller.

All staff were helpful,polite and understanding(I use a motility scooter)
Food was plentiful and of good quality and entertainment both inside and out was first class.

Brilliant long weekend break at Potters - our first one - and we all thoroughly enjoyed it! The evening entertainment was fantastic and all the other activities arranged throughout the day.
Lovely to have balloons on our table in the restaurant for my daughter’s 30th Birthday throughout our stay.
Would definitely recommend a stay at Potters Hopton-On-Sea!

From the moment we walked through the lobby doors we were hooked,and the whole process of being wound into what we now call our home away from home began.
From spotting our 1st coveted yellow badge,and on to win a medal or 4.lol.
the spirit of joining in becomes compulsive and is so much fun.
Everyone joins in with the laughter and fun and ive not seen people enjoying themselves like it for along time
The staff are magnificent,every one of them nothing is too much trouble and they enjoy it ,it shows on their faces.entertainment was spectacular,top shows.
we do not have a bad word to say.we are booking again ,we were reeled in.x

Potters resort Hopton on sea is a must have holiday. So much to do or just relax and join in the quizzes , bingo and daytime entertainment. Great food always delicious and so much of it. Shows every night all fabulous and all staff are excellent. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

The staff are tirelessly attentive and efficient. The accommodation is comfortable and we especially loved the Lake View Lounge for a quiet hot chocolate. The grounds are beautiful, too, and the bird spotting walk is fun. There are so many activities to choose from - something for everyone.

Fabulous holiday as always, lovely food, brilliant entertainment, amazing staff. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks to the Potter Family.

It was a good holiday at Five Lakes but we enjoyed Potters at Hopton best.

We liked the layout at Hopton and the food was much better.
