Purchased this as a gift for my son, only two deliveries so far and both have been delayed.

Deliveries are timely and selections have been fine

Back in November 2023, I received a note of a holiday sampler pack with three bottles of Whisky and a meat infused sampler pack being offered by PourMore. I ordered the sampler pack November 5th, and it was scheduled to arrive before Dec 25th. The package never arrived, I had to follow up with Customer Services three times and when my package finally arrived three months late it was missing the meat infused sampler pack. This is my first interaction with PourMore, and I was very disappointed.

The website is crap.

I ordered October 11th. It didn't ship in November. LONG time in-between ordering and actual delivery. Never saw a confirmation of shipping, had to follow up. Did as a gift for an employee but got no confirmation monthly of what was sent so I have no idea, without asking him to tell me, if it was worth it. Probably wouldn't use them again. There are better options.

Made this purchase for my husband and needless to say, I am now labeled the Best Wife Ever! Thank you PourMore!!

I wish I could give no stars. This is a terrible service. They took $200 from me and sent nothing. I reported them to the US fraud dept. I am cancelling my debit card because when I went to cancel no one would answer me. DO NOT BUY!

I love the idea of the service and have enjoyed most selections. I do not love the lack of ability to log in to an account or app to see the status, what bottles I’ve received, or anything else. I know it’s been suggested before and I co-sign on the fact that this is a big gap in Pourmore’s service. Large enough that I’ll likely look in to other options for my next subscription.

These guys are great…great communicators and very efficient. I would give them 6 stars if I could!!

I had a great customer experience with OurMore, especially Nicole. I needed to reroute a shipment after it had already shipped. Nicole said she would try but couldn’t guarantee it but that she would keep me updated. I doubted she would but she did and she was successful in rerouting! She was super pleasant and I appreciated the extra effort to help me. Awesome!

A gift to a friend who is a lover of rum for her birthday, I wanted to get her something new, but what I didn't want is for her to get a chocolate flavored silver rum. I've had chocolate wine and I did NOT like that combo and wouldn't have chosen that. She hated it and I was super bummed. She is from a small town with the basics available. I wanted her to get something more exotic... not chocolate. 🙈

Thought I would get rare whiskey. I’m being sent the same stuff I can find in the store. Paying $98.00 to get a $40.00 bottle of whiskey is not worth it.

The tequila today was great but not better than what I can get locally and cheaper.

Everything you send me has been very good. I have enjoyed everything. It was given to me by my girlfriend as a birthday present.

Excellent gift for my husband. He enjoyed it so much that I plan to renew his subscription for Christmas.

Absolutely loved this gift for my husband. He is about a lover and loves to try new ones so this was the best gift. He recently passed and that is the only reason why I stopped our monthly service.

It takes 10 days to actually ship after you tell me that the shipment is ready. Also, it would be great to know what is coming ahead of time and maybe even two choices in case one is not what you care for.
