This is a terrible service, do NOT waste your money. The whiskey bottles I received were worth less than I paid for the bottle+shipping, customer service is mind-blowingly incompetent, and it’s not even close to reliable.

The last shipment before I cancelled the service(early) shipped 8 days late. I contacted customer service after it was 3 days late and told them I was going to be out of town the following week, so they needed to ship it immediately or wait. Customer service responded 4 days later while I was traveling and told me that they shipped it that day so I should call UPS and figure out how to get it. Unsurprisingly, they took it to my house and no one was there to sign so it got returned to PourMore. I asked for a refund and was told no, they would re-ship it and let me know when it ships. It did re-ship, but there was no communication and I was not told when it was on it’s way. Absolutely atrocious customer service and NOT worth the money or hassle. Do yourself a favor and go to a liquor store.

The first bottle was very enjoyable. Nice to try different brands.

This company is not good for gift subscription. I purchased for Father’s Day and it arrived almost 2 months later. I selected gift subscription and when it finally arrive it had no information about what it was. The first box was a mixing whiskey. Generally people who want to try new whiskies don’t want a mixing whiskey for 80. Not worth it especially for a gift. Their service was terrible the entire time.

Order was delivered to a random state,never received, was told a replacement was being sent out asap, yet when I track the new bottle it hasn't moved in 2 wks

Fed Ex attempted to deliver the order when I wasn't home and of course couldn't leave it. I changed delivery to a Fed Ex store but instead they sent it back to Pour More. I went back and forth with customer service at Pour More who finally said they could change the shipping address to the Fed Ex store and re-send it so I said great. It took three months to resolve and have them ship out. They shipped it again to my house! Luckily someone happened to be home to sign for it.

The selections I've received thus far have been excellent. Makes entertaining a lot more exciting when you have good quality liquors to offer.

So far so good...
Got a whiskey, tequila and rum in my first 3 deliveries. Great diversity of liquors.

My husband loved the taste and as it was a gift for him I am glad.

My order was sent to California and I live in PA?

I would like some choices from the Islay Scotches. And some older than 14 years. Otherwise I am enjoying my subscription very much.

Great products - so far have only had one bottle of something I didn't like. They introduced me to my new favorite vodka. Everything has arrived on time and in perfect condition

In the technical sense, items are delivered. But, the idea of this company is much better than execution. Tracking is abysmal and I've yet to get tracking ahead of an order without having to contact the company first. While customer service does respond, they don't exactly solve the problem. A lot of blame on the 3rd party shipping the item and not a whole lot of knowledge of where things are. Because an adult has to be home to sign for the delivery, it's imperative to know when it's arriving. Twice I was home out of luck only. The first time I never received tracking. The second time, tracking was received 2 days after delivery.
This was meant to be a cool gift for my bourbon loving husband and it's been nothing but a confusing stressful mess for me. I would absolutely never purchase this again.

There was a long time between when the order was taken until the order was shipped. On each occasion (3 months) I received a notice the ups package was shipping and an estimated delivery date which was continuously delayed until they actually gave the product to ups. I’ve been on other spirit subscriptions and never saw this kind of delay.

Additionally, the product shipped was easily available at my local liquor store and not unique as I had hoped.

(Update) my current order was confirmed 6/30. As of 7/18 no confirmation of actual shipment via ups.

Such a fun way for my fiancé to try new whiskeys- we love how we can pause for a month if needed too. Would recommend to others!

Only got one delivery. I thought there would be more.

I purchased a 3 month subscription as a gift. It was well received and the Whiskey selections were appreciated by the gift recipient. I did also have contact with customer service. They were professional and helpful. I would recommend PourMore.

Ordered as a gift bourbon, got whiskey twice. Emailed company but got no response. Gift recipient and as a result now I am unhappy

Nice variety of quality spirits.
Delivery was prompt.
Rationally priced subscription.

They are easy to work with, helpful and know their business. We had to change our address and they helped verify and the shipment was still received on time.

A definite ‘must try’! It opened my taste buds up to bourbons I probably would have never had the opportunity to sample. It was great receiving a new bottle each month!
