Excellant Service, would not hesitate to recommend. I had another plumber who had come to me 6 times and did not clear the blocked pipe (2 flushes). Barry came and fixed it first time and also helped me to get the boiler serviced. And then came back to finish off the Power Flush after i had the service. System is like brand new now and heating up brilliantly. Just need to take his advise and make sure I put Inhibitor annually which should keep the system going for a long period of time.

These guys were absolutely brilliant.

Quick, professional and effective, the central heating works like a dream now. Even the 2 rooms we couldn't get warm are nice and cosy.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

We recently replaced and installed a new boiler and following installation we were having issues with one of the main radiators in our home which stopped working completely just as we experienced one of the coldest London winters on record (talk about bad timing). We had several tradesmen out to attempt to rectify it with no success. Not knowing how to resolve it we then resorted to find someone who could powerflush the system. We originally booked in BG for an assessment appointment who failed to show up on the day with no apology or any communication. We then came across Powerflushknowitall and read the reviews in particular comments relating to Barry. We were fortunate to have Barry attend as he covered our London postcode and agreed a 8am start. On the day we noticed that Barry was parked up outside at about 07h45 and rang the buzzer at 07h59. He was friendly from first contact and immediately started assessing the heating system in particular querying about the faulty radiator. He mentioned he wanted to make sure that the system actually needed a powerflush as was not entirely convinced. After some adjusting and balancing, Barry suddenly exclaimed with joy as he managed to get the radiator which wasn't working heating up again (Problem solved!). He then went onto explain to me that the root cause was an airlock in the system explaining the heading system to us in detail. Barry cleaned out of the heating filters and showed us the colour quality of the water explaining that he did not believe that a powerflush was needed at all. We agreed to settle with a call out fee instead of pursuing the original route of an expensive unnecessary powerflush. Being a landlord, we’ve dealt with my fair share of tradesmen and know how very rare it is to find someone like Barry. Not only did he demonstrate that you can't beat years of experience but even more importantly that, although rare, there are still a few honest and decent people out there as anyone else would have fleeced us with a unnecessary powerflush for financial gain. Separately we also had another radiator in our small en-suite which had been off for years which Barry also managed to get working again as bonus. We got a call the next day from Barry to just check that everything was still OK (again this is something we've never experienced before, usefully you only hear back as an opportunity to cross sell). We can only thank Barry enormously again and without doubt would thoroughly recommend his services.

Today we had an engineer round to power flush our system due to the radiators upstairs not heating up. The engineer turned up exactly on time and started work straight away. On top of power flushing, the engineer also happily answered any queries we had and kindly fixed a few small jobs for no extra cost. We couldn’t fault the service and it was all done for a very reasonable price. We now have a house full of working radiators and some useful tips on how to keep our system in good condition. Thank you!

We booked Powerflush know-it-all to sort out our radiators after struggling through the winter months with 3 of our downstairs radiators not working at all. The engineer arrived on time and got to work straight away. He worked tirelessly throughout the day, and he took time out to explain what he was doing and why. The job took just over 9 hours in total, the radiators are all piping hot now! A radiator valve was replaced at no extra cost, the engineer gave us some very useful tips on how to prevent the sludge from building up in the radiators again in the future. Very reasonable price compared to other quotes, delighted with the result. Would definitely recommend

Very happy with the service and professional service we received. We had 3 boilers and 19 radiators ,the engineer very kindly explained and mapped out which belonged to which to help for future reference if needed. very friendly would highly recommend them :)

We booked powerflush as our radiators were full of gunky black water and the boiler was making a racket. We initially booked powerflush know it all because they seemed good value for money. The engineers arrived on time to our home in Telford Shropshire and set to work straight away. He was that quiet working that I was able to stay in bed as he started at 8am. He worked relentlessly until 4pm and unfortunately the one radiator in the living didn't work so the engineer out of his own time worked on that radiator applying chemicals and effort to get it to work and I am happy to say that it has started working but gone off again but he did say this might happen as the chemicals would take a while to work . The engineer was one of the nicest guys I've met and very helpful. Me and my missus were very happy with his work and meeting him. We would highly recommend the company.

The engineer did a fantastic job. We now have all of our radiators heating up as they should after many years of some of them not working at all.
It’s the best money we have spent on the house in years, wish we had done it sooner.

After a month of cold weather, at one point no hot water and underperforming radiators, Powerflushknowitall came to the rescue and got everything working wonderfully. We have only good things to say about Barry Nichols -Powerflush. He responded to an emergency situation within 24 hours even though we were 2 hours away. We had no heat to any of the radiators in our Our new 2 storey extension until this company worked their magic ! I now have a lovely warm house . Cant believe air in the system could cause this !

A very knowledgable man in central heating and I felt very re assured when we had picked this company from the search engine ! It gives me great pleasure to leave this review regarding our recent experience with Power Flush Know It All.

We were experiencing problems with our central heating radiators; where some upstairs radiators were stone cold, some hot at the bottom but cold at the top, whilst those downstairs were piping hot! My husband tried to bleed them - but no joy! Time to get the experts in we decided, so we looked into finding someone to get us back up and running again!

We googled the tradesman ads regarding our problem and we chose Power Flush Know It All as one of 3 to give us a quote after reading all the positive reviews left on Trust Pilot by their many satisfied customers. We also arranged for 2 local firms where we live to come out to give us a quote too!

Now, apart from Know It All being considerably cheaper for the same job, I was more impressed by the genuine honesty and knowledge of the engineer I spoke to. He assured me after I explained what our problem was, that we probably did not need all the extras such as a new pump and new filters that the 2 local plumbers convinced us we really needed to have. So, based on his expertise and his sincerity, plus the glowing reviews left in on Trust Pilot, we decided to go with Power Flush Know It All and an appointment for the engineer to do the job the following week was booked in and confirmed.

The engineer turned up on time at 8am in the morning and his friendly, chirpy attitude certainly helped to brighten up our early morning start! We’re not early risers, so his cheery nature certainly helped 2 sleepyheads like us two!

Within minutes of arriving the engineer got started on the job in hand and after doing all his diagnostics, he confirmed categorically that we certainly did not require a brand new pump, the pump we had was working perfectly. His findings, as was suspected were blocked central heating pipes, which required power flushing. He proceeded to carry out the powerflush resulting in all our radiators back to being piping hot and all working perfectly again. He made sure we went around and checked all the radiators were in full working order and hot before we paid him, which of course they all were.

So, if anyone reading this review has need to have their radiators power flushed, you will not be disappointed or out of pocket if you chose these guys!

They offer a first class, professional service with a smile and the engineer we had also insisted on removing his shoes too (which I assured him he didn’t need to do) However, despite my offer, he wouldn’t enter our home with his shoes on! This must have been a right pain when he was continually in and out to the garden to his machine but out of respect for his customers home he removed his shoes every time.

I had a powerflush on 13.11.20. It was a pleasure dealing with this company from start to finish. Quick response to request for a quote, job booked in as soon as possible. Barry turned up on time on the appointed day and worked diligently until the job was completed. He goes the extra mile to ensure everything is left in good working order. It was easy to get an online quote which made it easy to go ahead with the work : Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either: £580 for 17 radiators in our house seems a reasonable price to me : The work took around 7 hours and was handled professionally and as far as I can tell competently. The radiators do feel hotter and I guess that is the key, providing they stay hot of course . The work undertaken was surprisingly non disruptive as most of the kit was outside and the only pipes were from our tank upstairs out through the bathroom window . Good solid and friendly service. I Would recommend .
