Keypad problem
I was having a problem with my Keypad pad. The staff at power ni have been very good at trying to fix the problem. I have spoken with two members of staff and both have been really helpful,polite and assured me that they would fix the problem. I have been a customer of Power ni since 1982 and would highly recommend this company.

Always exceptional customer service from PowerNi. I never have to hold the line for too long and they always deal with my queries kindly and efficiently. The app never works to top up keypad…
The app never works to top up keypad metre online. All details held are correct and sufficient funds in my debit card account so very annoying. My sister has the same issue. Please sort out PoweNI. Thinking about changing to other provider.

One of the most user unfriendly sites
One of the most user unfriendly sites I have used,if paying a bill or sending a meter reading which is not for the main property it takes a lot of effort. A meter which Power NI have said should be replaced possibly 2 years ago has still to done and I know from past experience that if the meter goes wrong Power NI will estimate a cost which would be far above what it should be
