The underlying Power NI residential unit price has been reviewed by the Utility Regulator and an increase of 4% has been agreed due to increases in market and network-related charges.

Very positive experiance dealing with PowerNi - I definitely expected far more hassle basedd on previous dealings wiith utility companies
I had to get a derelict property "re-energised" expected it to take ages with lots of hassle but was all sorted in no time, kept well informed throughout

Useless!!
Today is the third time in 2 weeks I tried to top up (unsuccessfully) on the app and the same thing keeps happening. My bank is approving the payment and the “wonderful” PowerNI keeps saying there is a problem. Yes, you are the problem!! Think it’s time to switch to another provider!!

Unfortunately we do not have any way to know if a customers keypad runs out of credit. It is best to ensure there is sufficient credit on it if a property is going to be vacant. It is a prepayment top up meter and supply will go off if the credit runs out.
We do however offer different billing options which have a constant supply. Please get in touch if you would like more details on this.
