Extorted and fed up…
I can't help but feel slightly patronised when sent marketing from Power NI even offering discounted cinema tickets while at the same time having some of the highest charges in Europe. That combined with the fact 71% of us in the UK believe energy should be in public ownership, but our energy system is privatised at every stage: generation, transmission, distribution and supply. We are being ripped off.

Good reliable service
Good reliable service, reasonably priced, excellent problem resolution, communication and efficient billing. No need to do everything againandagainandagain - or work across several linked devices just to pay a bill or get a meter reading in. Keep up the good work!

Power NI catch me on their famous keypad+ which has so many bugs, that until now, which is already several month it is not working from the first day

The app is awful
The app is awful, constantly having issues.
Tonights is that i cant retrieve my top up code so I have the option of the meter ringing for hours tonight and this morning or buying another top up so see me through until they provide me with the last code.
Very poor service. Worst app I’ve known

Extortionate, abusive pricing
Extortionate prices, you really could not shovel enough money to this greedy company. The pursuit of Net Zero is woke drivel designed to wipe out as many poor people as possible en route to some kind of joyless dystopian hellscape for what remains of us, and we have to pay through the nose for this abusive interpretation of an imaginary climate crisis. The heads of the energy companies in the UK should be charged with capital crimes.
