Ordered parts more than 3 weeks ago. The only thing I received so far is the invoice. They don't answer to the messages.

I've used powertool spares a few times and have found the service to be superb, items that you wouldn't think would be in stock, were, and the next day delivery (on a Saturday) was excellent 👍

Ordered from them because it was advertised that the part was in stock and showed fast delivery. The part didn't arrive on the estimated delivery. Upon calling them, they said that the part was not in stock and it wasn't even dispatched yet. Very disappointed.

I ordered the part over the phone on the Monday, speaking to a very helpful member of their customer service team. The price was very competitive and, although the item wasn't in stock, it was still delivered on the Wednesday morning! Mower now working perfectly again.

I ordered a makita part ,assumed wrongly it was in stock, and would be with me in 2-3 days ,needed this in a rush ,fortunately found another supplier,part arrived from them in 2 days .I've now got a spare ! not worth returning .It should be clearly stated when parts are not in stock.

Selling items for Makita that are no longer in stock.8 days after the order was placed,the response from the seller on the order status was : "The item was no longer available".

Having looked at a number of other sites to find that the part I required was no longer available I was pleased to on this one it was available.
