I have used Pozzani drinking water…
I have used Pozzani drinking water filters for about 30 years and have always found the service very good. Unfortunately recently we have noticed that the “new filter” aftertaste does not go away. After several calls to customer service which always were very polite, no solution could be found. So sadly we are going to try an alternative drinking water filter supplier.

Placed my first order for one filter to try. It arrived quickly and I must say, I'm very impressed. It's 1/3 of the price of Whale filters and lasts as long. It's a no brainer for caravan/ motorhome owners. It also comes with extra fittings, removal tool and cable ties. I will buy again.

Very bad delivery
This is the 3rd time they have delivered to me with a long delay. They work with Evry and delivery is very difficult. I wrote to them to change, but they won't. I found another company where I will buy from. I don't recommend it.

Our choice of carrier is determined by our overall experience of the delivery process and we have found the majority of our Evri shipments arrive well within the agreed timeframe. We are sorry that this is not the case in your experience. We do offer a next day service through DHL or Parcelforce as an option on the website.
