Great value for money.
Did take awhile to arrive.

I liked that there weren’t too many choices. I selected iron on starter pack and mini name label starter. We used every single one of them for starting at highschool (new uniform and stationary). Communication and delivery was fast. Iron on labels were easy to use and 3 months down the line still looking great. Will order again if necessary.

labels too small. Horrible vinyl things that did not suit laundry process of an aged care unit. Could not be easily attached by sewing as the labels wouldn't take a hand sewing needle

Labels are good quality and survive the dishwasher.
Glad the school benefitted as well.

I emailed them about my labels because I hadn't received any email to say that my order had been shipped, it took a week before they even sent them and I had to email them to ask and then they were really blunt when they responded.

Totally love their label and service I have been using them for more than 5 years and only reordered because on new containers shoes and lunch boxes. I also had a missed delivery abd they sorted it out. Thanks

Loved designing the label for my daughter - makes it more personalised. Also love the package options. Great quality and arrived promptly.

Delivery was quick, labels were exactly as expected, easy to use and look great. Survived 2 months worth of washing on lunchboxes and drink bottles so far, still look brand new. Very happy with product.

Very disappointing. Meant to cover an elderly lady’s move into care. Very dubious whether the iron labels will continue to stick. All in all a total failure of expectation.

I ordered on-line and received just what I had ordered, an experience you don't always have. (: The people who I spoke to were so helpful and made the whole process easy.

The labels are well priced and arrived in good time. The iron on labels however, don't stick on very well. I tried numerous methods to no avail. The sticker labels are great, though!

Ordered 25 jan expecting quick turnaround (I.e other services I’ve used are in my letterbox within 2 days). Two weeks later, kids at school with homemade labels, I got an email to say please collect. Followed by second contradictory email saying order had been shipped to your shipping address as noted. 6 weeks later, long forgotten I received a follow up asking for a review. So here it is. My mistake to not collect. Not the best service means I won’t be collecting.
