Avoid avoid avoid

Avoid avoid avoid. We were sold a Galaxy back in Oct 2023. It had problems non-stop and any repairs undertaken by the company were independently considered to be inadequate, and needed re-doing.
Earlier this year, we tried to sell it on, to discover that it had been previously registered as a 'private hire vehicle' which wasn't disclosed at point of sale. We queried this with the dealership who told us they they 'legally didn't have to tell us'. I felt this dealership took advantage of us (I was 6 months pregnant at point of sale), and fraudulently sold us the car. When we finally sold on last week, I was told that the car had been in an accident and resprayed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Purchased a white seat Leon Cupra 290,
Viewed it looked clean as anything, no signs of previous repair, spoke to Michael and we arranged a test drive for next day, drove spot on then purchased day after. 2 months since I’ve had the car and not had an issue as off yet, Michael looked after me 🤝

Sexual comments made.

Where do I start?
One of their team members made sexual comments towards me. Told me to use my
“Imagination” then asked for something that was absolutely VILE! I’ll name and shame, his name Is Michael 😊 .. so if you’re a woman going there don’t go on your own and don’t deal with him. When I collected the car I had to bring someone with me because he made me feel so unbelievably uncomfortable.
I reported this, woman I dealt with from
their HR was Margret, she was lovely but all I got was a ‘SORRY’ Wow. Shocking.
They said I’d get an email of them apologising for this vile man’s behaviour. Not got one to this day. People wonder why they don’t report things about men’s behaviour because it gets brushed under the carpet.

Had to deal with another guy after, can’t remember his name but he’s been amazing. Definitely a credit to the team unlike some. Has helped me when needed. So thank you.

Personally wouldn’t go back there for another car. If I was too I’m DEFINITELY bringing someone with me.

Cars bought from auctuins

So I went to buy an audi a4 2020 from them "one previous owner". Went to test drive it, car was driving as it should but the car looked a bit worn out. After test drive the salesmen tells that actually it had 2 owners but the last one was a friend of them and it only had it for 6 months. I decided to pay 100£ to reserve the car for next week. After I paid I've seen a dodgy smile between the salesmans but I didn't suspected anything. In the weekend I decided to do a bit more research about the car and dealership. Luckily I done a carvertical report and I seen auction photos of the car(he said that they only buy cars from private, no auctions) And luckily I ve seen on Google and trustpilot how many been scammed by them so I decided to not buy the car. They have a lot of underpriced cars that look attractive but who knows what is hidden behind of it.
For the salesman, enjoy that £100. Buy something nice.

Scammed

Spoke on the phone multiple times about an Audi S3 Quattro, was hard searched for finance meaning my credit score would be affected, I was fine with this as I was under the impression that the car would be mine. Went to pick up the car (had to drive 2 hours there 2 hours back) upon arriving at the dealership I went and spoke to one of the salesmen about the car.

He had a shocked look on his face when I told him which car I was coming to collect, he then made out like he’d tried ringing me multiple times the day before. This was completely untrue even checked my call logs and showed him proof. He tried telling me that the car was gone for a service and wouldn’t be back for a week, he said he’d call me when the car was done.

Frustrated we left the dealership only to find that within 30 minutes the car had been removed from Autotrader, removed from Precision’s website and any other website the car was on it had been removed from like there was no existence of the car.

My belief is that they had already sold the car prior to me coming to collect it and completely forgot to ring me and tell me about it, wasting not only my time but also petrol money getting to the dealership itself.

Dishonest and unreliable

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company, particularly in regard to a salesperson named Grahman, whose conduct I found to be extremely sly and deceptive.

On Saturday, 3rd of May, I had a phone conversation with Grahman during which he assured me that a refund would be processed. He requested my details in order to send the money back, and I provided them in good faith. Based on his assurance that the refund had been actioned, I decided not to attend a car viewing scheduled for Sunday, 5th May, assuming the matter was resolved.

However, when I called today, 9th May, to follow up, I was told there is no record of the conversation and that Grahman has no recollection of speaking with me or processing any refund. This is completely unacceptable. For a company representative to go from confirming a refund to denying any contact just days later is not only unprofessional, it is blatantly dishonest.

This experience has left me feeling misled and manipulated. It reflects extremely poorly on your business and raises serious concerns about the integrity of your practices. The lies and contradictions I have encountered are unacceptable and must be addressed immediately.
I expect a prompt and transparent resolution to this matter, including the refund I was promised and a clear explanation for this misleading behaviour.

Oh, look! A magical call log from Saturday, 3rd May — the one that, according to your team (and especially Grahman), never happened. Must’ve flown off to space, right? Because clearly, phone records don’t exist in your version of reality. Incredible how convenient memory loss kicks in exactly when a refund is mentioned. Truly impressive how a confirmed refund and a full conversation can just vanish into thin air. If only your customer service was as fast at processing refunds as it is at denying responsibility.

Refer to Google reviews for evidence of conversation

I bought an Arbarth cabriolet today from precision motors and put an older Abarth in part exchange. I dealt with Michael and have to say what a great experience he made it. Nothing was too much trouble and I got a very good part exchange deal,I would highly recommend this company and Michael for making it all effortless for me

Selling my Audi Q3

Had been trying to sell my Audi Q3 for three weeks which was a very trying experience. Perhaps half the callers from AutoTrader were bogus...I then received a call from Precision and the car was purchased by them the same day for a very agreeable price. Great service from them.

Absolute joke

Absolute joke! We part exchanged a vehicle in July.. only to start receiving fines from the DVLA in October. The car was not transferred from our ownership, even though I was assured 3 times on the phone that it had been done. The fourth time I called they admitted that they must have lost the V5 and would contact the DVLA to sort.. they didn’t.
Shambles of a company..

Brought a 2015 Range Rover sport .
I collected the vehicle on last day of June 2024 with in 30 minutes of collection car we discovered issues no dab and the boot kept saying it was open . Then discovered it had a dangerous mot done days b4 collection which should never have passed (have mot sheet in glove box stating the issue that need rectifing ) then to add to the pain we found the engine had a massive oil leak . The car has been back 4 times when returned the 1st time they damaged body trims then the 2 nd time returned the car with a massive bulge in the side wall on the tyre 🤷‍♂️
I am still fighting to have all the issue sorted .so if your looking to buy a car with out a shadow of a doubt DO not BUY A VEHICLE FROM THRSE PEOPLE

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
We purchased a land rover discovery in May 2024 which as soon as we got it home flagged up with a serious warning light which needed thousands of pounds worth of work.
We paid extra for warranty which in the end would only contribute £250 towards the work.
After numerous emails with no response we will be having to start court proceedings.
They absolutely do not care that they are ripping people off, we are a hard working family who are now struggling without a car and have been since May. Their customer service is appalling ontop of selling cars not fit for purpose.

Please please avoid!!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE.

I mistakenly bought a BMW 840i for near £40k from this garage via an auto trader listing without viewing the car in person first. All dealings were done via call, email or WhatsApp messaging. All was going well up until the point I came to collect the vehicle. I traveled from Newcastle to collect the car via train. Once car was pulled from their storage I immediately began to notice issued with the vehicle. This vehicle had been sold to me in good condition, 2 keys and with freshly refurbished alloy wheels and a fresh MOT.

Upon first inspection I noticed one of the tyres had a bulge, this would have been an MOT failure and should have been replaced.

The alloy wheels were refurbished badly in-house via a smart spray repair and not diamond cut as the wheels should be from factory.

I bought up these issues and received a £1000 reduction in the cost of the car to allow me to replace the faulty tyre, refurbish the alloy wheels and have one of the side skirts polished as there was overspray from a previous repair.

When completing the sale, I was given the "2 Keys" one of which was a digital card key, which is not activated and will not work with the vehicle as there is supposed to be 2 Physical Keys. A new key costing me £308 from the dealership.

Driving home I received an engine warning light, I was told they would pay to have this issue resolved but have had no further correspondence from them nearly 3 weeks later.

Upon cleaning the car and inspection in the paintwork more closely I noticed that 2 panels of the car had been repaired badly, in the wrong colour and to a bad standard. Poorly taped where it meets the trim leaving unpainted areas.

In Short, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE. Buy something elsewhere as you will more than likely get a poor example, badly repaired and poor to zero after sales support. Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with buying a car, having bought over 20 cars in my driving time from various garages.
