I have have an amazing experience…
I have have an amazing experience buying a Car through this firm. The cars they have are in extremely Mint condition firstly and the level of customer care is 2nd to none. I felt that confident about my choice of car, I didn't even feel the need to test drive. Audi TT MK2

Response to your absolute nonsense reply
Hi,
Thank you for your swift response. Dissatisfied is an understatement of the century. Let try mugged off, seems more fitting.
1, What amazes me is how a professional establishment can assume they know exactly how customers are using their products. The car hasn’t been driven in a way that may cause damage or hasn’t been driven in a way that the manufacturer didn’t intend and to accuse someone of doing so without concrete evidence is unprofessionalism at its finest. Not only that, it is a matter of your opinion or suspicion and not fact.. I think the correct wording is DEFAMATION. My opinion or suspicion is that you try and guilt trip and blame your customers instead of owning up and taking accountability for selling dodgy cars.
2, you diagnosed the car with a faulty radio, upper and lower gearbox mounts, engine mount and crank case all needed fixing. I rang you 2 weeks after owning the car, at which point I had covered around 300 miles in the car. 180 miles driving home from you guys, sat on the motorway at 70mph and the rest commuting to work. All of this happened in 300 miles? yet brake pads/disks, tyres, clutch and other wear and tear parts are still perfect and you guys think my driving is at fault? Delusion at its finest.
3, there is no good will or good customer service. If the products you’ve sold have faults, you are liable to make what’s wrong, right. Thats what the 3 month warranty is for. You can’t just blame your customers for the products that you sell having faults and then claim it’s “good will” when you have to fix them… BECAUSE YOU ARE LEGALLY LIABLE TO?! If a car has those types of problems at 300 miles, either the parts were on their way out or faulty completely and I just didn’t pick up on it or the vehicle is not fit for purpose for it’s intended use.. either way, you are liable to fix it.. not because of your “good will”.
4, You rang at 16:10 to say that the mechanical work had been completed but was waiting on the new radio to arrive, you told me that I could either pick it up and come back when the radio arrived or wait until it is all done to pick the car up. I told you I’d call you back so I could arrange transport. I called back at 16:56 (check your call logs because all mine are saved and screenshot) and I stated to the guy on the phone I will be there to collect it tomorrow at midday as that’s what time the train gets in, he replied “yeah, not a problem, I’ll pass that one over.” Is this you blaming your customers again for your lack of communication.. just like we have seen before when the only time I’ve got an update is when I have had to ring you guys up over the 12 days you’ve had my car, bearing in mind I had only owned the car for 4 weeks at that point.
5, My trusted mechanic has now fixed the coolant leak, that was down to a perished hose and confirmed it had no relation to the way I drive whatsoever. Not to mention he had the car for an hour before he updated me that it was ready to collect. He also confirmed the crank case breather that you replaced is leaking and he put that down to either not being fitted correctly or using cheap parts. He also laughed when I told him the reason the parts were faulty was because the way I was driving it.
Great experience
Great experience recently purchasing an Audi A3 from Precision Motor Group. I was looked after by Andrew who was really patient with us, as after a recent bad experience with another dealer, my dad gave him a pretty hard time and asked a lot of tough questions! I didn't get a sales-y vibe at all which I really appreciated and they had a huge range of cars to choose from.
The after sales has also been great, I received a call to see how I was getting on with the car and I am confident that if I have any issues they will resolve it swiftly. My mum and sister are also now looking to purchase a car with Precision Motor Group, it is difficult to find reputable dealers, so we will be customers for life. Thanks again!

Ford Focus ST Diesel
I just bought a Ford Focus ST Diesel from this dealership. The car runs beautifully and it’s a fun car to drive. Had a little issue with tyres but they’ve rectified that and now I’m a happy customer again. Thank you for rectifying this. I truly appreciate it.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from…
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the manager. I agreed a price on a vehicle yesterday afternoon, went through finance application through precision motor company approved broker, 3 offers returned. Called back in the morning today to be told the car has be sold.
After speaking with a few cowboys and then eventually the manager he basically said they will not wait a few hours for the finance to be approved so it’s my tough that someone came in after me to buy the vehicle.
When you go through the trouble of applying for finance (as it leaves a print on your credit file) why wouldn’t I buy the car! Terrible customer service, pure greed with no thought for any customer. Beware!
I would like to add, I was not asked to place a deposit, despite the absolute rubbish reply from the company below. Absolute lies to say I refused to make a deposit, I was not asked or told to, if I was I would have made a deposit!!!!!
Just shows how dishonest this company is when they make up lies like the crap below!

Precision's deluded response to my review
Having read Precision's astonishing response to my review, they have clearly overlooked the simple fact that they refused to allow my daughter to exercise her consumer rights. The vehicle was a dud - plain and simple. She was fully entitled to reject the vehicle and ask for a refund but Precision refused to accommodate her request. When she told them that this was her right, Precision's response was simply to say that she would need to take them to court, which they said "would cost you a lot of money" and "would take ages to resolve". My daughter was 20 at the time. Young, vulnerable and easy to manipulate and so she begrudgingly had to accept the their offer of a partial refund, despite the fact that she was well within her rights to insist otherwise. Unfortuntately, the motor industry is largely unregulated which means that unscrupulous dealers such as this can get away with it. Precision do not appear to be accredited to the Motor Ombudsman which in my opinion, tells you all you need to know. I can only hope that enough people read this review and Precision's response to make up their own minds as to what sort of company they really are.
Great experience
Great experience, purchased my first car, the sales team were helpful in finding me my perfect first car. Would recommend to family and friends.

Happy Ending.....
After seeing the vehicle we wanted online we arranged to view it , after viewing it we arranged to go back a week later to collect, on taking it home we noticed that there was some issues with it, we called the guys and they said to bring it back asap, they had their mechanic sort the issues and we went back and collected it we were given fantastic service by Andrew who was very apologetic and helpful and we left very happy.

AVOID- do not trust this dealer
I had a finance deal in place to purchase an Audi TT with this dealer, once I arrived to collect the car they added a £300 administration fee onto the deal. I declined to pay this additional fee, I immediately contacted the finance broker who confirmed the deal could be cancelled immediately. The dealership are not returning the funds transferred for the purchase which is preventling me from finding an alternative. This dealership is holding onto funds for a car they haven’t supplied, this is at best fraudulent and at worst theft, after a week of daily calls and no progress I am now taking legal advice and have commenced a claim. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Daughters first car
I purchased a small car for my daughter at the weekend. The staff were patient and friendly and really took their time to help me.
My daughter is super excited to get out in her car and I would definitely use them again.

Friendly dealership and top customer service
I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.
I was looking at 3 different cars and was not at pushed or rushed into purchasing any and funnily enough a completely different car to what i originally went to look at caught my eye.
They were so kind enough to give it a quick valet as I never made an appointment for that one and ended up leaving a deposit for it as they said they needed to service it and give it a full years MOT.

Thankyou Precision
