Ordered two Usonicig ultrasonic vapes. One arrived and was clearly a faulty return they’d sent me in error. Emailed them to request a replacement. Cain replied same day and dispatched a replacement and some extra stuff (won’t detail exactly what so I don’t set a precedent!). Arrived a few days later and I’m totally satisfied with the results. Excellent customer service response to a complaint - timely, polite and generous with their compensation of extra kit. 100% would recommend ordering from this company and I will use them again for my future e-cig needs. Quick and easy to order and really speedy delivery service

This was really easy to use whereas other websites take you to the blu 2.0 pods. I just have a rechargeable blu bar, which there aren’t many pods for it so I was surprised to see a choice of 4!!! I’m currently on pineapple which is very sweet but nice so I’ve now ordered the blueberry and watermelon pods. It looks like I may have to buy the next model up as there are more flavors, so I’ll be back.
