It was created when Pete the CEO finally (and after many years of unsuccessful attempts to stop smoking) discovered electronic cigarettes and switched to them. I love this company. I never order from anywhere else. Delivery is so quick & efficient. You get to earn points to redeem and on the only occasion I had to contact them they went out of their way to be helpful

Staff are friendly

Staff are friendly, but their range of liquids are terrible.
Avoid any manufactured by Kingston as they are awful.
Every time i go into the shop and ask for any recommendations, they seem to push new lines before anyone has tasted them.
Whoever is in their purchasing team, they need to change their supplier.

Glad to have found it!

Recently ordered a mod as my old one packed up working. Amazingly, order arrived very next day (which is always good when you're awaiting a vape!).

Unfortunately, the device itself wasn't working (I ordered a very old specific mod which hasn't been made for a long time now) which is not the fault of Premier Ecigs, so was half expecting it to be the case.

I reached out to the team and explained the situation and a tested working replacement was sent out (I consented to the mod being checked first) which arrived the next day; I was then able to send back the faulty item.

All in all, the team couldn't have been more helpful and were knowledgeable and friendly and I'm just so pleased I've found a new decent UK based vape store online!

Excellent Service

I have used Premier E-Cigs for some years now and found excellent service from them.Very helpful if there is a problem and very competitive prices.They also offer a points scheme where you save points for cash.

Very Very good service never had a problem before the only problem I have is need to be careful with my flavour I had 15 bottles of GOLD&SLIVER and I asked for GOLDEN VGA other than that brilliant company
