I find it easy to find and order what I need. Also delivery is great free if you spend enough which is quite low. 1st class delivery so you know when items are arriving and the team can and do help if you need a hand.I once e mailed them and they sent me the info at once so I could make my purchase. I use them for all my vaping needs. I order annually and get liquids and vapes, works great for me.

If you're looking for a vape shop this is the one for you. I was served by James and I was not rushed nor did he try and push a certain product on me, he took in to account everything I like in a vape and ended up coming out with a vaporesso luke x Pro. Not gonna lie I was a bit hesitant at first as it wasn't the one I already had (which was on its way out) but I have ended up preferring this this one over my original. Absolutely chuffed with the customer service here and I'd like to highlight how professional and knowledgeable Jamie and also Adam who I spoke with today.are. I just hope there is another shop like this round my way in SW London. Keep up the great work fellas you're both a credit to your company 👌
