Quick delivery but extremely damaged
Quick delivery but 18 bags out of 70 arrived extremely damaged and wood pellets trailing out the bottom of the pallet! Had to keep chasing for a credit, when received it was for the wrong amount, subsequent queries were ignored. The wood pellets are dusty and the packaging splits very easily. Wouldn't buy again

No indication as to when my delivery will arrive. The phone number is not working and I am still awaiting a response to many emails I have sent !!! Ordered on Tuesday and still not received my pellets 4 days later!!
Delivery
I had requested smaller than 7.5 delivery van. 17.5t arrived. Driver cursing as had to manually remove pallet and did not have electric pallet remover.
Bags very thin and had a few split during delivery.
Actual bedding is good.

Excellent product with little dust
Excellent product with little dust. Bags need to be handled carefully to avoid spillage. Carrier managed to damage several bags on pallet resulting in spillage but was readily compensated for the loss by premier fuel. Prior notice of delivery date would have been useful.
Good product
Good product, good service, good delivery. Price has gone up a bit but that’s to be expected.

Pellets good but everything else not.
The actual pellets are fine but I had no correspondence after the order just a call 4 days later to say they would deliver that afternoon no rough timeframe or anything. They arrived before anyone got back and instead of ringing so I could give them the gate code they unloaded outside and as I can't afford for my fuel to get stolen, I had to carry 65 15kg bags 100 feet to the shed 1 by 1. May I add I'm 5ft 2 and 8 stone so I couldn't move the next day. Product fine but the rest means I will go elsewhere next time.

9 bags short and 6 damaged poor performance
Hello.
Found that I was 9 bags short of my order and also 6 other bags either a quarter or half full. Not a good delivery. Have emailed the supplier to see if they will forward on missing bags and damaged ones so will wait and see? Should have realised when the order arrived as it was covered in cardboard to keep in any other bags that had split.
