Hi pellets arrived in good time but i think poorly wrapped about 8 bags ripped
lost a few pellets. pellets seem good quality though. need more care taken in transit.

I have had an awful experience dealing with this order and as yet have not actually recieved it. I have been unable to speak to anyone on phone just automated system. I recieved a confirmation email but have been unable to track as link won't open and when I go on website link it says its not a secure site and my card details may be taken. I have had further email conversations yesteday and today but no information other than my order coming late today, its now 6 45 and no delivery. Very poor service so far.

Easy to order but product still not arrived. Have ordered previously and had no problems, but frustrating for this time to be so difficult re delivery!

Quick delivery, Excellent service.

I ordered briquettes 1st time for my restaurant. I received within 3 working days and Excellent quality.

I received no email/text/phone re delivery. Apart from confirmation of order email, with no delivery time scale. I received nothing from yourselves until today I got a phone to say delivery was 20 minutes away. I was at work so not helpful at all. If I had been informed of when to expect it I could’ve made arrangements.

Some communication issues which I’m told will be resolved but the order has arrived and there are no damages. Great delivery driver of Ken Maillinsons Haulage. More than helpful and very jolly 🤩.
Please review your communication and offer a tracking option as there’s no way of knowing when to expect delivery. Thanks

All good other than 3 x damaged bags and the pallet the bags were on fell apart which resulted in the delivery driver getting the pallet truck k stuck so I hD to find blocks to support the pallet to get the pallet truck out.

Always prompt delivery. Well packaged pellets, fluff up nicely when used for horse bedding and very absorbent. Very well priced .

Great product and reasonable price also a quick and easy delivery. Will definitely be using again.

speed of delivery was great, butte again damage to a bag. At least this was only one. I am still awaiting a promised credit for a number of bags damaged in a single consignment early last year.

the product is fantastic, the delivery company you use ( palletline / ferry speed) are terrible, wouldn’t deliver to a main road which has the same size trucks down daily, then insisted that i pay a 2nd delivery charge to split the pallet and still sent both half pallets on the same truck!!!

Have I found my replacement for the late lamented Sparklets, in Premier's Eco pellets? (Same specification as far as I can see). We'll packaged so no leakage waste.

High spot was the delivery. At last Mcgregors are issuing power pallet trucks to their drivers. Much less drama of the back of the lorry, easy passage into my garage - thank goodness!
