Would buy again!
Quick delivery and received a call from the courier on the morning to confirm it was ok to deliver that day. I was accidently charged P&P on the website but a quick email to the company and they said it would be refunded. All bags in good condition on arrival.

Brilliant service my only concern is the phone automated delivery message. As a more senior lady I listened to the first couple of words then hung up thinking it was a scam caller it would be better to speak to a real person to arrange delivery

unfortunately there were 4 split bags, and there seems to be more dust in the bags then usual.

Ordering was easy although lack of response regarding delivery. I rang to enquire and was told the following day. The company then rang my son, for whom the delivery was for, and told him two days hence. This was acceptable to us, although a tad confusing.

As previously, we were advised re delivery which was quickly arranged and we were kept informed by carrier who delivered as advised. Many thanks. Highly recommend these ECO pellets as they are clean and dust free and burn cleanly!!

Good first order

Price is better than delivery.
Fuel price is competitive, which is my reason for trying Premier Fuel.
Unfortunately the delivery left something to be desired. Despite delivery instruction on the size of vehicle that could access my property the pallet of pellets was sent out on a lorry that could not deliver. As I was in dire need of fuel I had to drive to the end of my lane (300yds) to hand unload some bags from the pallet to tide me over until redelivery could be made the following day.
I have not received my order
I have not received my order. I have emailed called left voicemails - I did have one call returned (not emails) to which my order was promised next day but didn’t turn up and now I can’t get hold of anyone to find out where my order is.

Palletways/H&M haulage very poor service
Haulage firm Palletways/H&M apppears to have created the chaos with my order for boiler wood pellets. This was not to do with general UK driver shortages. In all I have made so far 33 phone calls and sent one precise email to the seller, Premier Fuel, to sort it out and this is so far unresolved. Ist delivery date, of last week - postponed by text by PW depot without consulting me; 2nd date - due times guaranteed then ignored, my slot shunted down lorry's schedule to serve business first. So no pellets delivered by 5pm (cut off point); 3rd date - 12pm due time, defitinite agreement as compensation by PF and PW and noted electronically by depot, missed. Lorry came mid afternoon (which would have meant my offloading, one by one, most of the 65 15kg bags in darkness from unlit road). Delivery turned out to be very badly stacked pallet - not of boiler pellets but bags of horse bedding. Driver had to dismantle pallet of 1 tonne of bagged pellets to reload back on lorry. Depot call handler (who admitted changing dates) was impatient, cut me off at least once and was no friend to the customer. Premier Fuel inaccessible by phone to public at least 5 days in 7-day week though one staffer I spoke to was sympathetic.

Ordered 1 ton compressed logs
Ordered 1 ton compressed logs, first pallet arrived soaking wet logs started to turn to saw dust, refused delivery, replacement pallet arrived at carrier and they sent it back, they thought it was the faulty one, new pallet arrived at carrier, promised delivery today Friday 8th Oct, no delivery, phoned carrier, they say tomorrow or Monday, what wrong with keeping the customer informed.
