Premier Fuels actually listen to the their customer recently they changed from the old delivery company to a new obviously cheaper company and it was a complete disaster. After complaining about the poor service and I wasnt the only one they went back to the old company and normal serviced was resumed so a big thanks to listing to the customers.

The consignment had been loaded on a badly damaged pallet yet the driver did an amazing job in managing to get the 1 Tonne delivery up to my boiler in the garage. One bag was damaged but that was not down to the driver it had been done lower down in the supply chain.

Absymal Service. Lost pellets not replaced and No after-sales customer care.
Abysmal service. Pallets were damaged and numerous bags split. Driver also reversed over our 5-bar gate. Premier Fuels have not replaced the lost pellets nor offered to repair the damage. Currently customer services are not responding and ignoring messages. Be wise and stay away from this company, it is not worth the risk dealing with them.

Delivery was prompt but at least 7 bags of pellets were torn. I think about 2 whole bags worth of pellets was eventually lost.

In total probably only lost 1 bag in all, but time spent taping bags etc was a hassle.
Brilliant service from Premier and Caledonian Logistics
This was my second delivery of pellets from Premier Fuel and thankfully they used Caledonian Logistics as the courier. None of the trouble with delivery we had the previous time. The pellets were well stacked and wrapped on the pallet but once the outer wrapping was removed we heard the familiar sound of pellets dropping to the floor. In total there were 10 burst bags. Some of the bags felt slightly thicker than others but still inadequate for 15kg of wood pellets. However, on the plus side, if you handle them carefully, I prefer the bags from an environmental perspective as they are clear, no printing required, and use less plastic than my previous supplier. I will put up with the few burst bags so long as I have a caring delivery driver who is extremely helpful and helps me unload and deliver directly into my boiler shed. Well done Caledonian Logistics.

Good service although quality of bags…
Good service although quality of bags are not as good as other makes. I had 6 split ones.
Excellent Service - Would Recommend.
Second time using Premier Fuels and the service was as excellent as it was last year. Arrived on time and easy to communicate with. Will use again.
Ordering - fine, delivery more challenging!
The ordering was very straight forward and I would have rated Premier Fuel higher if the delivery company had notified me of the date that they intended to deliver. The first we knew of the arrival of a pallet load of wood pellets was when the post office rang us at home to ask where we were as the driver could not find the house. I was at work leaving my husband and daughter to move a pallet load of pellets in to storage. This actually fell to my daughter as my husband had to get out a chain saw to cut up a log that the driver had run over and was stuck under the truck!

There were some delays in receiving my wood pellets. The pallet was badly damaged, unloading from the lorry was not straight forward as the pallet was broken along one edge. The whole stack was in danger of keeling over. I had to help unload more than half of it before the pallet could be moved off the lorry. There were quite a few damaged bags and pellets were lost as a result. Very frustrating 😤
Not been delivered over a week after…
Not been delivered over a week after ordering. Delivery company failed to do what they promised twice and then refused to deliver on Saturday unless I paid £50 more. Hopefully they’ll keep their third promise and deliver tomorrow.
