Not good at all.
Oh dear! After a good service in January, I had very poor service this time. It took 8 days to deliver, had been stacked with splits bags in the middle (so not damaged by the delivery firm), and the delivery driver cracked our manhole cover when he went right over it with the pallet (there is space to go round it).
Such a shame as the pellet is good quality. Won't be using them again. Would give zero stars if I could.

The fuel was delivered without fuss
The fuel was delivered without fuss. Three bags were burst and a few more had holes but that is par for the course. The top layer of bags was very dirty, the result of being stored long term without any cover.

plastic bags
The bags seem a bit flimsy but I would prefer to lose a few pellets to torn bags rather than pay extra for more plastic. It would be great if you can devise a way for customers to recycle all the empty bags :)

ordering the 2 pallets of pellets was straightforward and the delivery arranged promptly; Palletways sent an oversize truck despite instructions - which had to go back; Premier reacted quickly and the delivery was rearranged the next day on the right size truck: much appreciated.
