Product is fine, and Premier Fuels are easy and efficient to deal with, but they are badly let down by their transport. We have had issues with 2 out of 3 of our deliveries!

Could do better
Bags always split and expected some loss. The delivery Company used is far from okay. They send a text with a two hour time slot then appear three hours late. You can not get the pallet company on their phone!! A bit disappointed with the quality of the EN plus Pellets this time due to a lot of dust in the bags.

Three of the bags were damaged on…
Three of the bags were damaged on delivery and also the bags have two small circular holes at the bottom, which compromised some of the pellets to rain.
This could be prevented by a little more care. The best in class place an additional plastic square sheet on the top of the Tonne pallet before they shrink wrap, which effectively stops the rain. Also the shrink wrap on the outside of the packaging need to just be wrapped around maybe once more on the bottom of the pallet and that would prevent the majority of the handling type damage.
Premier Fuel - have been quick to respond and refund the damaged bags which is good customer service (Thanks). I hope that my comments for the simple improvements are sent to the packaging dept. As they do work.

Prices are great however my delivery was meant to be on Friday. It didn't turn up which was a let down due to waiting around all day and trying to get hold of anyone from Premier Fuel and the delivery company H&M Distribution is near impossible! No one answers the phone for both companies and no one answers emails.
Still awaiting delivery.
