Although pleased with the product
Although pleased with the product, was less than pleased with the agent you used for delivery. Received a message for the day of delivery, the pallet did not arrive, I had to chase the delivery company. They were having a bad day with only half their drivers having turned up. Had a reschedule for the following day which also turned into a no show! Again had to phone to chase delivery to be told they had 'lost' my pallet of wood pellets, and they were requesting another delivery.....really!!!! I then phoned Premier Fuel myself to check this had been done, which it had, I received my order two days later.
