I am utterly disgusted at the fact my …

I am utterly disgusted at the fact my grandad has used your service to order myself a Frozen hamper for Christmas to help with feeding my family over Christmas and for £69 I have received 12 items some with prices of £1 on! I do not have the heart to tell my grandad about the disappointing hamper you have provided.

I cannot even find the hamper advertised on your website so assume it may only be in the magazine's in which my grandad has used and been totally mis sold!

I hope and will check he has not ordered these for any other family members and if the same will be ensuring they make a further voice of dissatisfaction like myself.

I hope to receive a reply on an explanation of how you feel its acceptable to charge my grandad this amount for a hamper which would cost no more than £20-£25 in Iceland! Also how this will be resolved before I make my views clear on every social media site and review process you provide!

I'm am very unhappy and feel my grandad has been totally misguided in the buying of this product.

I have ordered clothing before

I have ordered clothing before, nothing I couldn't have got on a market stall at a lot less. Today received my xmas catalogue rang in an order only 2 out of 5 items in stock, then realised the phone call was premium rate [possibly where they got their name from] When I complained about having to pay to spend money with them the lady casually said 'yeah we do charge for calls'. looking at the reviews here they can't afford to lose many more customers.

An elderly gentleman friend of mine …

An elderly gentleman friend of mine asked me to call and order some goods for him from a leaflet he had been sent I of course obliged.
The goods were paid for and delivered without any problems however I have just received my phone bill and I was charged £1.37 for a call only lasing a couple of minutes.I used the telephone number on the leaflet.
This is absolutely disgusting charging me to place an order with this company. There was no mention of the charges or if there was they must have been in small print.It is a complete rip off.
I just wanted to make other customers aware of this issue.

Anyone thinking of using this company should read their reviews first.!!
I ordered 2 pairs of trousers at £7.00 + £3.50 delivery = £17.50 I gave them all the details from my Debit Card as requested.2 days later the trousers arrived GREAT.!! Done & Dusted as I thought. WRONG.!!
One month later I recieved an invoice for £5 ? Credit Account payment ??
I contacted customers services to explain I did not have or want a Credit Account & Asked them to rectify this.!! NO REPLY.!! The following month I recieved another invoice for £10 with a threat of late payment expences.I Sent them a letter together with a cheque for £17.50 to clear my debt I thought.? WRONG.!! Another month another invoice for £25.70 Being Fed up & Stressed out with not getting any satisfaction from "Premier man" SCAM I paid this on my Credit Card again asking for my details to be removed from their system. I have now got a printed off statement showing I now owe nothing.!! £43.20 for 2 pairs of £7.00 trousers. BE WARNED.!!!

NO stock of what I need!

Catalogue arrived in the post today and I need some casual navy coloured shoes. Found the ones I wanted and tried to order them. ALL THREE different styles out of stock of the width and size I want. TrieD other shoes in the catalogue and they too are out of stock. What is the point of sending out a catalogue of items that are out of stock? I, fortunately, found cheaper and better shoes on Amazon and eBay so won't ever deal with Premier Man again. Their customer services say the customary "sorry about that" but of course they really don't care a damn.

Signed up a week ago

Signed up a week ago, got £150 starting credit limit. Placed my first ever ordered, it was 2 light bulbs £110 total. Email assured me it would arrive in a couple of days, it didn't. logged in, they cancelled my order and cancelled my credit agreement. they didnt tell me of course and when asked they had no clue. Closed my account. They are part of JD williams so just go direct to them. Far better experience. The reviews are not lies, I just didnt read them before signing up - silly me! Jamie

I have been a customer for premierman …

I have been a customer for premierman for nearly 5 years and am shocked at the level of poor service I have recieved, 3 months to wait for an item of which they cancelled and reordered and I still have not got it. Now cancelled. No calls or help from their customer service team, I have to call their premium rate line to chase my delivery. Obviously not a valued customer just another number. The worst thing about this company is 95 percent of the time they get it right but when they get it wrong just a shrug if the shoulders and oh well sorry about that and no we are going to do nothing about it as have plenty of customers, I know I am only 1 customer but I have spent a couple of thousand quid over the years with them thought I would get a little bit better service.

DO NOT USE this company. premier charge help line.and the only one! they charge you £3.50 for all returns and their website is a joke. will offer you 20% off your first order but only if you opt for a[expensive] credit account. oh and the shoes they sent me were so light in weight i thought the box was empty. very poor job all round.

Had great experience with speed and convenience of delivery

Any returns due to me ordering wrong size were simple, replacements fast and simple, quality of garments was better than I had expected.

Only reason not 5 star is the costly customer line, which, although I didn't need in the end, I feel it's not good enough in this day and age.

Shocked however by the poor reviews on here. I hope PM are reading these and using them as an effective tool to improve. There is clearly a major problem that could be damaging in the extreme!

I will certainly buy again, I found it superb , however as a result of reading on here I will keep the orders small until I can build up some trust.

tried to order some trainers for our disabled son two months ago still not available- but offered again in new catalogue received today- beware you can run up a £5 'phone bill just listening to their music as you can only ever call them on a premium rate phone number - No thanks!

Terrible customer service at premier man - DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!!

Ordered from premier man on Saturday and then the following day had a change of heart, checked online account and it said not despatched so I rang to cancel the order only to be told that it had been despatched and I would have to refuse delivery and give it back to Hermes delivery man, I asked why in this electronic world did my online account say not despatched when it had been, was told it takes some time to update - what rubbish!
To add insult to injury I have to pay £3.50 for delivery for something I have tried to cancel. Spoke to customer service and they said not to refuse delivery and to open the parcel and complete the returns form and call them (0871 number) to arrange delivery, so I said the first person had given me the wrong information, she said no but this is the correct procedure if I want to get a refund so I said if I give it back to Hermes are they not going to refund me? She never really answered, no faith in their courier then!!!!
Then got really annoyed when she told me the refund (for the goods not delivery charge) would take 14 days, how ridiculous, I will never use them again and I advise no one else to either.
