Poor Service
I ordered a couple of pairs of shoes after mine suffered a critical malfunction. I paid for next-day delivery, expecting to get a replacement. They didn't arrive. Now, after waiting in for it for 2 days I'm being told that it could be until Monday (4 days in total.) I wasn't given any heads up about the delay, the tracking for the package doesn't give any hints. I had to ask for my 'next day delivery' to be refunded (which it was.) but overall, I didn't get something that I was promised and paid for. A poor experience overall.
Poor quality union blues jeans.
Not happy with the quality. More like canvas than denim and the fit bears no relation to the marked size on the jeans. if you send an item back for refund don`t expect a refund of the delivery charge.
The most appalling service
The item I ordered was not as described. Their delivery system is appalling they will not give you an update or decent time slot. They expect people to be in 12 hours a day for 2 days. It's taken them 28 days to arrange the pickup. The returns label was crumbled and unreadable.
They break the law in not offering a standard rate telephone number. You have to pay 13p per minute.
Still not received a refund.
Don't honour 20% they offer then charge you 11p a minute to sort it out or make a payment
I ordered from Premierman as they did larger sizes for my partner and were offering 20% discount on your first order.
1. I was forced to open an account I didn't want (just wanted to pay for goods for this one purchase)
2. I wasn't given the 20% discount without calling them to question it.
3. Part of the order was delayed 3 times, then they said they'd delivered it securely in my porch. It wasn't delivered and we don't have a porch!
4. To be fair they did send out replacements, but lucky I was in because the delivery driver threw the bag from 15 foot away from my front door to land with a thud on my door step.
5. 2 pairs of trousers were very cheap quality so I sent them back. I believe they arrived with them on day 14 after I'd received them, but they say it was day 15 and although they credited the account they deducted £3 per pair of trousers as a late return.
5. The account is now £23.20 in credit and I have asked them twice now to refund my card as I do not wish to keep the account with them and will not be buying anything else.
The only positive thing I can say is the men's t-shirts were pretty good quality, but no better than the supermarket brands, although they do offer bigger sizes.
Rip off merchants
DON'T BUY OFF THEM MY DAD WAS RIPPED OFF . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Scammed
My father (72) bought two jackets from an advert out of a newspaper that cost £24, he gave his card details to pay for the items over the phone thinking that was it. The items were delivered then he started to receive aggressive letters saying that he owed over £50 and needed to sign a credit agreement. My father had obviously not paid for the items as he thought (even though they took his debit card details) and had unknowingly opened a credit account and was being charged £12 every month plus interest for not paying the minimum amount. This company are making a lot of money by praying on vulnerable people who are not aware that they are opening a credit account. Total rip off scammers.
Item was in stock Delivery was 3-5 working days
I bought some items, delivery stated 3-5 working days, i am now on day 4 and it hasn't been shipped out yet from the warehouse. It should be with me by tomorrow but at the rate they are going its going to take much longer than 3-5 working days. Don't lie about how long it takes an item to arrive to a customer. Customer service was nil, rude and not willing to speed up the delivery process. I have my own business and this company puts us to shame!!
Never honored free postage & Rubbish quailty
I spent over £200 on goods from Premier Man.
Not only did they NOT honor the free postage. But the trousers I bought had very shallow pockets causing me to loose all sorts of things from cash, to a pen knife, to money off vouchers, to credit cards. etc.
Also many of the zips jammed or broke.
Never in my life will I buy from this company again.
Couldn't care less attitude delivery awful
Paid for next day delivery 3 days now and still waiting. Contacted them and was told we have refunded £3 sorry about that but delivery is not guaranteed (why offer it then) But this is no surprise really given the courier service they use (Basically joe public in their cars) Going to avoid from now on
Be warned
DO NOT use this company. Bought an item for £30.00 (item rubbish) and was admitted to hospital on returning home i had letters from a dept recovery company. Spoke to premier man to explain i was in hospital for 7 month's and was told "not my problem" It cost me over £400 with interest and cost's. Be warned if your going to be ill or go in to hospital (planed or not) Do not deal with this company.
xxxx red alert xxxxxx

Customer Service, What Customer Service!!!!
First and last time I use this company the item I ordered was sent but wrong size, returned it still waiting for my debit card to be reimbursed cannot get through on phone their help desk is "under maintenance" and live chat has a response time of 151 mins !!! when you do get through staff have no interest in your problems PATHETIC AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
very poor service
ordered trainers over 6 weeks ago, keep lying about delivery date and saying high demand, still not got them. I will never use them again, they are a waste of space.
Appalling Customer Service
Ordered two pairs of trousers of the same size. Both were delivered and the size correctly labelled but one of the pair the legs measured a size smaller. The were returned as being the wrong size and the form filled in for the replacement accordingly.
Premier man decided that I wanted a refund as I hadn't supplied my credit card details and so subsequently this is what I got.
When I tried, via 4 e-mails, that I wanted a replacement as to re-order was going to cost me more (postage and first time customer discount) the replies received became more and more confusing and failed to answer the simple point raised namely 'I want a replacement, your product did not measure to the label sizing'
In the end I lost the will to live and gave up!
Another review site rates the service as over 70% poor. Be warned.
Avoid like the plague!!
Bought a TV from Premier Man a few months ago when we got an issue with the power supply. As its under warranty, we asked Premier Man to repair the TV. It took 2 months of wrangling with them before they would accept responsibility and take the TV. 3 weeks later, still no TV. They haven't even started to repair it and we have now gone 3 months without our bedroom TV.
AVOID AVOID AVOID - they will take your money then stitch you up when you need to claim on the warranty.
Lack of customer care and interest
Been loyal customer for sometime, recently tried ordering items only to find them not in stock even though the magazine only arrived two days before. This was not the first time asked to speak to customer services told them not happy and thimking of terminating my account with them, customer services member if staff said ok it will take abouy six weeks. Didn't care they were losing a long standing customer. With that type of attitude it makes you wonder if they really give a damn. Even suggested I tried another company. Didn't even consider giving a star as not worth it. For info I actually use to train staff dealing with customers over the phone.
customer service a joke
This company is a Joke 3-5 workings days for delivery which actually means you wont get it for over 2 weeks and when you call and ask where it is they say sorry we don't know it's out for delivery.
If possible don't use this company at all costs. Quick to take the money out your account but wont refund you for 10 working days? complete joke and I will let everyone know to never have anything to do with them
10 days for a parcel is not on
Cant even use Christmas Post as an excuse, its only mid November, the courier Hermes has a bad reputation so it surprises me that this company use them, a lame donkey would have been quicker, just thankful the Snowdonia Coat is ok and there is no need to return it
avied
the quality of the goods they sale is very basic and low avoid this company
Identity fraud
Last Friday (14th March) somebody left a parcel in front of my flat on the corridor. When I came home from work I found out the torn parcel and when I looked inside, there was an invoice with my name and address there and 2 boxes of MAN SHOES!!! I am a young single lady AND FOR SURE I DON'T NEED MAN'S SHOES!!!
I emailed them immediately about it, BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER ORDERED THAT NOR SIGNED FOR IT!!! I requested a return sticker.
Over a week past, I have sent lots of emails and no reply so far.
Each time I was getting automated response that it will be dealt with IN DUE TIME AND IF I NEED TO SORT IT OUT NOW, I HAVE TO PHONE THEM ON THAT EXPENSIVE 08712..... NUMBER!!!
They broke the low: identity fraud, leaving the parcel unsigned on the corridor of the block of flats unsupervised, where practically anybody could have stolen that without suspicion. The packaging was torn and obviously somebody has looked at the invoice with my personal details.
Totally unacceptable. The worst company ever!!!
