The booking was made in advance and the price confirmed BUT when they came to pick us up from the airport they decided to CHARGE US £10 MORE because they sent a big car instead the one we had booked. We drove to the airport a week before and during that time no one contacted us to inform us of the changes. Also the second reason is due the BAD TAXI DRIVER (got beeped 3 times by cars due erratic driving changing lanes on the last second). Unfortunately, after a few years using this company, after this horrible experience, I won't recommend this place again. Beside the driving, the overcharging and the bad experience, what upset me more was the driver waited until my boyfriend wasn't on sight to behave like a "big man" to harass me! (basically saying that if i was stupid and never travel before because i didn't know how taxi works). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! that driver is a nightmare!
