Scammed my grandmother for a second time, another £200 gone, after £600 the first time.

my father received a call from them and i google them and i came here. i decided to put them on test. i did contact their customer services and to my surprise they sent an engineer and they checked my tumble Dryer and fixed it and i signed the paper without actually paying. i called them again and got my whole kitchen under warranty for my father.

I received a call out of the blue informing me my washing machine insurance was due and if I paid immediately by credit card for two years cover I would automatically be entitled to a further years free cover. The caller stressed that this promotion was only available at this time. I was concerned with the urgency in the caller's voice and asked them to call back later.

This gave me the time to check my existing policy which covers me up to 2021. They did call back, were unable to answer my questions thus putting the phone down after I ascertained they were Premier Protect. DONOT TAKE OUT UNSOLICITED INSURANCE.

Dodgy firm. I dont have any previous insurance with them but they made out I did. Told me as I hadnt claimed they would reduce cost from £120 to £89 this year. Told me paperwork would be posted. Gave me 03330090845 as contact no for engineer. Eventually asked me to pay and put phone down when I refused. Glad I wasted 10 minutes of the mans time!

This company telephoned my 87 year old husband (who is very frail) to say the insurance on our washing machine needed to be renewed. Apparently he agreed to renew. I then spoke with her and also had a conversation with a different person who, when I explained the circumstances, agreed Not to take any payment. I had no paperwork regarding the original “guarantee”. A payment was taken and I am now trying to get a refund. Don’t trust this company.

Wanted me to renew insurance on my washing machine. I couldn't remember having it but thought maybe I did. But they talk fast and it sounds a good deal - but I wouldn't do it over the phone because I wanted to check if I had a note of it. Then wanted card details and said my card began with certain number which millions of cards must have! Passed me to another man in their security department and he gave me the name of the firm which I managed to Google while on the call and up came Trust Pilot. I said I have looked you up and it's not looking good and he hung up! I am 80 years old and proud I got rid of him. Am annoyed I stayed talking to them for as long as I did. Felt shaky after that though which is probably the best proof they were pushy crooks! It just didn't feel right because they wanted things to move too fast. Protect your Granny and Grandpa! Always get them to say they have to ask the family first.

DO NOT TRUST. They took £300 of my 80 y.o. mum. Barclaycard alerted my mum next day then decided to take it to dispute cos she willingly gave out her details. Surely that is the nature of a scam? They trick you!!! Took it to Ombudsmen and she was refunded after a fight. All of these elderly people have been preyed on and have been scammed. To rub salt in they keep ringing. I've a case with Action Fraud and the police who called round to see us. They were great. Action Fraud investigated but didnt have enough to go on. But I will update my case now as he gave the address 2 Woodberry Grove, Finchley, N12 0DR but would not give me CEO's name
I would suggest everyone else to report to Action Fraud.
They actually laugh when you scream at them to stop calling.
Scum of the earth

My mother mistakenly purchased white goods protection from this organisation in January. They let her believe she was talking to Zanussi. Realising her error Premier Protect 365 allowed a cancellation of the policy and a full refund. There delaying tactics are extraordinarily creative. Just over six moths later we have received that refund payment, it’s taken banks in the U.K. and the Philippines three months to action the payment.

If you’re thinking of using this company, open the window and through the cash out, it will cause you less heart ache. If you’re thinking of working for them, you’re selling your soul to the devil, you can do better. If you work for them, you have no shame or character and I hope someone preys on your elderly relatives the way you do.

This company needs closing down and the owners prosecuting.

My 83 year old mum fell victim also. she already had cover with another company. She paid £219. Line manager has rang me and said they will refund 137.50 if I send power of attorney details.

Absolutely disgusting people, they are a scam and prey on the elderly and vulnerable in this very difficult time. They scammed my 80 year old grandmother out of £195 for a washing machine cover, when I phoned them they were rude and the guy hung up the phone because he came up against someone who challenged him, I then rang straight back and spoke to someone else who immediately said someone higher would phone me within the hour which of course I knew would never happen and it didn't, luckily the fraud team at her bank have said they will recover her money within 10 days and I have reported to trading standards, please people we need to get theses people stopped and the more people who report them to trading standards the better, please look out for the elderly and vulnerable and stop these disgusting animals!! There so called website is also fake it doest work when you click on stuff!

Preying on the elderly in this time of uncertainty is disgusting. They claimed to be from D&G offering a 3 year plan for the price of 2 years, surprisingly you had to make a one of payment of £195.
The bank are going to chase the payment that these scumbags conned out of my mother's account.
How can some people sleep at night?

Im sorry to say my mother is one of the latest victims of this morally corrupt crew. Im chasing her £195.00 back for a washing machine warranty she doesn't need. What these people do is disgusting.

Trading Standards - step up and have this lot dissolved.

BEWARE!!! They scam elderly people into buying white good insurance, They start by saying the coverage on your washing machine is due for renewal making you think that they are the company you have been with. They then pretend that there is a discount now that way you can proceed. They then start asking to reconfirm bank details and once they take payment you will never hear from them again and you will not be able to call the customer service number they provide. They never send any paperwork. They are constantly changing the company name. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!

This is a scam company preying on the elderly and vulnerable. They cold called my recently bereaved elderly mother selling appliance insurance, luckily the bank queried the transaction and the payment was stopped. They persisted and called again the following day asking my mother to try and make the payment again, thankfully she refused, but the experience has left her feeling distressed and vulnerable.

Like everyone else says .... BEWARE!! This company has been in touch with my 89 year old father - utter rubbish said to confuse and bewilder. Do NOT have anything to do with them.

Same old story - they sold a three year service plan over the phone to my elderly, confused father who neither needed it or knew what it was. Will refer to Trading Standards.

This company called our elderly father - who suffers from Alzheimer’s dementia - about a ‘payment that didn’t go through’ for non-existent insurance on his fridge and freezer. They persuaded him to hand over his card details. He is vulnerable and has severe memory issues. They prey on the elderly, weak and vulnerable. Wicked, evil thieves.

This company is run by someone with a trail of dissolved companies. It is NOT an insurance company and IS NOT regulated in any way. They provide service plans with an excess of more than the policy.
They call elderly people. My 75 year old mother was in tears when they took her card details. They do not send out paperwork so it’s difficult to cancel as they will tell you the 14 days has expired. THE 14 days ONLY begins on receipt of the paperwork by the client which I explained to them. I also explained I would happily take them to court and claim not only the money but damages at which point they refunded. they sent out the paperwork. after the refund was make presumably to cover themselves. They didn’t even have the model of the machine which would have invalidated it anyways. On that basis I’m going to take court action anyway. Anyone up for a class action??

For a company claiming to have existed some 7 years and the sales person who has worked there for 5 years it is remarkable that Trustpilot has so few reviews: a smell in the state of Denmark ( to quote William Shakespeare).

Very plausible on sales, but pathetic on actually picking up the phone with automated "Goodbye!" after 6 minutes waiting and verging on criminal over the "cooling off" period.
Please take utmost care . If you are told your appliances are out of insurance
HANG UP IMMEDIATELY.

Premier Protect contacted my 89 year old dad last week and sold him an insurance policy to cover 2 TV’s and a sky box. My dad does not have a sky box. They charged him £278.00 and took the money from his account while he was on the phone to them.

I have called them back on numerous occasions and have cancelled the so called policy which is a load of rubbish, but am still waiting for a refund for my dad although I am not optimistic that my dad will get this back. I will ring them everyday if I have to. I have also reported them to a Trading Standards. They prey on the elderly and vulnerable - it’s disgusting and dont know how they get away with it!!
