I was not happy with the installation…
I was not happy with the installation the two guys who installed the radiators didn't know how to set them up and I received poor instructions so as a result I still don't have them set up correctly.

Premier Radiators service were exceptional
Premier Radiators service were exceptional. We had all our central heating, hot water system and election fuse board replaced all at the same time.
Hot water system is amazing, but cannot comment on the radiators at this stage as we only recently had them fitted so winter will be the big test I think.
So far it all good, can recommend Premier Radiators for sure.

Improved heating in my mother’s flat
The radiators have certainly improved the heating in my mother’s flat. Only reservation is that the adjustment process is a bit beyond her capabilities and so I have to make any changes for her. Otherwise , look good and deliver what is needed.

Excellent service from start to finish. Sales explained everything and demonstrated the radiators. Two installers were on time, very efficient, showed me how to work the radiators, cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them.

WE DONT DO PRICES
received a catalog which looked ok, but I wanted a price list with all the different products and sizes in.(SPECS)
was told that they would have to come and do a survey first, that's why we don't price lists??
As stated I don't need a survey, I am more than qualified to install the products myself! I just need a Retail supplied price or Fitted price or Trade price list, its not a hard thing for a business to have on there dater base and supply with there catalog.

We are sorry to hear that you are confused by the business practices within Premier Smartheat. The heaters are different to other types of heater and the areas for improvements need to be measured with specialist equipment to ensure that the correct amount of kilowatts are to be installed into the property. If the correct number of kilowatts are not installed this can result in an increase in consumption.
A presentation is given on the product at the Free No Obligation Survey so the customer receives an understanding of how they work and what they do. We cannot hold a price list or give a ball park figure as all properties are different and there are no standard 2 or 3 bedroom properties, other factors have to be taken into account from the property. Such as glazing, the direction the rooms face and the number of air exchanges expected. We offer a 14 day cooling off period following the survey so if an order is placed and the customer changes their mind, the deposit will be refunded in full.
I hope that you no have a better understanding of why the survey is necessary and we would be more than happy to arrange one should you still be interested in our products.

All 4 units installed as required. the separate controllers are not the easiest to understand, hence 4 stars not 5. Help from head office generally quick and as needed. Seem to work well, we will see later in the year with the colder weather, replaced Economy 7 heaters with these from Premier Heating.
